I think in a couple of weeks, Trump will tell Elon, go get those people, if he hasn’t already.
It’s like the earth is standing still for two more weeks.

If I were Butch Wilmore or Sunita Williams, I would be dictating a diary and parts of my life story book. That when I get back to earth, I would get a good ghostwriter to transform into a book.

Well, they’re world-reknown experts at lying, stealing, cheating and performing “legalized theft” of the American populace. Other than that, the U.S. mail does seem to show up on occasion.../s

Our space capability is not in the hands of one man.
We currently have no way of getting to the ISS without SpaceX. The Russians are not likely to give us any more Soyuz rides.

Space X had to modify its capsule to be able to get them home, it is taking a little longer to complete the modifications. Their space suits were not compatible.

Buzz Aldrin filed a travel voucher for $33.31 after returning from the moon in 1969 — not sure what the rates are today but it’s probably not much as most everything is provided to them from the government.

It’s the ‘International’ space station.
I would have thought Russia would have broght cosmonauts and brough back the current crew? I though that was the way this International space station was suppose to work.

Much as I admire Musk and invest in Tesla, t’s not a good thing that America’s entire space capability is in the hands of one man and his company. Boeing needs to get its stuff together and hopefully Blue Origin will get serious. This is not happening anytime soon. Boeing and Lockheed have gotten weak suckling on the government teat. All others are far behind. Fortunately Musk loves the USA. I have great hope for what DJT and Elon will do.
