Nick Bosa may have landed himself in hot water with the NFL following his actions after the San Francisco 49ers beat the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night.
The Niners enjoyed a 30-24 win over Dallas in the ‘SNF’ fixture. Quarterback Brock Purdy had a stellar game, completing 18 of 26 passing attempts for 260 yards and a touchdown while showing some surprising athleticism as a scrambler.
Bosa also had an impressive outing as he made life pretty difficult for the Cowboys offensive line, also making three tackles, a sack, and two QB hits.
After the game, he popped up behind Purdy while the QB was being interviewed and pointed to his “Make America Great Again” hat before running toward the locker room.
Check it out in the clip below:
“I’m not gonna talk too much about it, but I think it’s an important time,” he said later.
“didn’t he complain about sports being too political? why is he doing this it’s hypocritical ….🥴,” a fan wondered.
“The fact that this happened with a team that Kamala Harris just so happens to root for is hilarious 💀,” another joked.
“Keep politics out of sports period,” said a third.
“nick ain’t no b**ch… nfl prolly gonna fine him for this,” a fourth predicted.
“I approve his message,” someone else wrote.
Nick Bosa is now one of a handful of NFL players who have publicly endorsed a presidential candidate ahead of next month’s elections.
The Pro Bowl defensive end has been a longtime supporter of Donald Trump, something which predates his NFL career.
He disclosed having scrubbed references of Trump references and posts criticizing Colin Kaepernick in 2019 amid fears he would not be welcomed by the city of San Francisco if the Niners drafted him.
The NFL is likely to frown upon Bosa’s actions after Sunday’s game, as its policy prohibits players from making any political statements while in uniform.
“ Because the NFL and rich people want to control what people think.”
And why did every mouth breathing, vicarious male, wimp of an idiot who ever recited the Pledge of Allegiance not stand up and walk out of each one of those games after the anthem and those ignorant kneeling stunts l?
I answered my own question except to say that it’s because they think it’s up to the military to protect and defend the constitution and the flag
They should have told the the NFL that we are in charge of by not doing so they put the NFL and all sports in charge
Bunch of wimp spectators
Steve Kerr is the worst. He’s all for DEI, meanwhile, all his coaching success is stolen from black men. Without them, he’d be nothing.
Why are there people in the stands after these stunts??
That’s the outrage. These guys are ignoramuses
I hope none of these wimpy spectators ever tells me thank you for your service in combat
steve kerr and popovich are the worst soy boys. They both have very punchable faces.
“Or Popovich popping his mouth......”
Or Kerr.
Idiotic circular link. F u.
I am so glad that a few of the idiots lost their standing. Using politics to quicken their failure was great.
That San Fransicko quarterback shore has a purdy mouth!
Because Roger Goodell is a total CUCKOLD.
“The NFL is likely to frown upon Bosa’s actions after Sunday’s game, as its policy prohibits players from making any political statements while in uniform*.”
*Unless is some no talent knappy haired halfrican from the practice squad?
They didn’t say much several years ago with the kneeling thing
I haven’t watched an NFL game since the whole kneeling incident began.
I can’t. How could I?
The NFL had no problem with their BLM protests.
Good for him.
Bosa should tell the NFL to go to hell. He could quit the team and live comfortably. The team would suffer. He would not.
indeed
“steve kerr and popovich are the worst soy boys. They both have very punchable faces.”
No wonder Jordan punched Kerr in the mouth during a practice...Jordan should have never apologized to that little twit
NFL is completely political. If he took a knee there would be no issue.
I always liked Nick Boss. Now I like him even more. The NFL doesn’t want politics on the field unless it supports democrats. Nick committed the sin of supporting making America great again. How horrible of him. What kind of person would want that to happen?
