Who is running the United States? Seriously, WHO is in charge? Biden is in no way capable of shouldering Presidential responsibility and Kamala is campaigning (if that's what you call it) furiously. Apparently, Barack Obama through his former staff and/or Jill Biden in the White House are/is making most of the decisions. Neither one is elected. All of this is literally treason.
