I agree. Some lib was extolling his greatness as a president yesterday. I posted: “Yes, he was so fabulous voters couldn’t imagine another 4 years of that much happiness so they didn’t reelect him.”
Gee, I wonder how many never-ending gas lines he had to sit in to fill up (so you could get to your job) - or how far he turned down the temp in the White House while demanding we freeze during the winter “to save energy during fuel crises” (that he created).
I also well remember “stagflation” and high interest rates.

I won’t argue with Biden at #1, I’d put Carter #2 and Obama #3.

I’ve figured it out. Jimmy Carter only gets widespread, national attention, when another one of his grandson’s makes another remark that Mr. Carter “is at death’s door!!!”

I believe Jimmy Carter still has a full staff of Secret Service Agents. Meanwhile, Trump barely has enough to provide security in the final weeks of his campaign.

In all fairness to Mr. Carter, every president I have ever known of, has the reputation for being mean and vicious behind the scenes, Trump included. Not all the time, of course, but upon occasion, sometimes, a Lion has to ROAR, and POUNCE, deliberately step on toes and knock heads together, just to get the task started. There is a time for that kind of leadership.

That is true. However, I think that it was the FDA who got on the company’s case because the word, “Liver,” had to be removed from the ads so that they became, “Carter’s Little Pills.” The FDA or whoever did this claimed that the pills had nothing to do with the liver.
It would have been justifiable to give him the Nobel Peace Prize for the Camp David Accords, along with Sadat and Begin. Instead they gave the prize just to Sadat and Begin (for Sadat’s trip to Jerusalem). When they finally gave Carter the Peace Prize it appeared to be done as a way to insult George W. Bush more than anything else.
