When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

Secretary LaRose Reminds Elections Officials to be Vigilant After Investigation Uncovers Illegal Voter Registration Forms
(Columbus) – Secretary of State Frank LaRose announced today that his Election Integrity Unit has issued a warning to Ohio’s 88 county boards of elections after an investigation uncovered the use of illegal voter registration forms by a government agency.
“This is a reminder to all of our elections officials to be vigilant as we enter the final weeks of voter registration eligibility for the 2024 general election,” said Secretary LaRose. “We’re continuing to aggressively pursue third-party groups and paid canvassers who’ve been submitting fraudulent registration forms, and we’re cracking down on the use of illegal forms that aren’t authorized by my office as the law requires. These investigations are happening even as we continue to broaden the enforcement of Ohio’s constitutional citizenship voting requirement.”
The office’s Election Integrity Unit recently concluded an investigation into the origins of an illegal voter registration form translated into the Haitian Creole language. The Clark County Board of Elections reported this form to our office after rejecting its submission by a local applicant.
“The Board confirmed they’ve only received one of these unauthorized forms, but they rightly recognized it as illegal and worked with my team to track down its source with the help of a county government assistance office,” said Hun Yi, Director of Investigations for the office’s Public Integrity Division, in a memo to elections officials. “The form was erroneously included among others outsourced to a foreign language translation service. It garnered national attention considering the high number of Haitian refugees that have recently migrated to the Springfield area, and it serves as an important reminder that boards and designated voter registration agencies should be vigilant about the use of forms submitted to their office.”
The memo also highlights the Secretary of State’s efforts to enhance the ongoing statewide audit of Ohio’s voter rolls for citizenship compliance, using records provided by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles and the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) federal Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database. The office is also implementing more extensive cross-checks of Social Security Administration records, federal jury pool data, and naturalization records maintained by the justice system, while repeatedly asking the Biden-Harris administration to grant access to additional DHS databases, specifically the Person Centric Query Service (PCQS) database, the Person Centric Identity Services (PCIS) database, and the Central Index System 2.
“The entire statewide voter registration database is cross-checked for citizenship status on an ongoing basis, and we’ve implemented a mandatory citizenship check of all new voter registrations,” Director Yi said in the memo to elections officials. “If you have any reason to believe an individual or group is encouraging noncitizen participation.

I’m watching Rings of Power too. The one thing to keep in mind is that there is a lot of spare room in the lore for the second age. So Amazon decided to fill some things in in the gaps. A good example is the Blue Wizards. There was also an agreement between Amazon and the Tolkien estate that Amazon could speed up the timeline.
I was not happy about the portrayal of Elrond so untrusting of the three rings for the Elves. I don’t like Adar, there’s no mention of this in the appendices. I thought it was lore breaking when he ‘killed’ Sauron.
I’m loving the Moria parts of the story. There’s not a lot of lore surrounding the Dwarven rings and I think they are filling that in properly. So far.

And a lot of to-do about the rings. Sauron has taken the identity of Anatar, Giver of Gifts; ostensibly working with Celebrimbor to forge rings for Elves, Dwarfs and men. I don't remember reading any of Tolkien's writing on this aspect of LOTR, so, as you say, I just accept it for what it is.
Already they are dealing with some malice hidden in the rings. I remember in LOTR Galadriel wearing Nenya, one of the three Elven rings. She was proud of her City In The Trees, said that such beauty will fade with the destruction of the One Ring. Obviously ROP is bypassing that, at least for a time.
Tolkien said that the rings seemed to hold little sway over the Dwarfs. Still, they created the great halls of Moria. As I say, I never delved into that aspect very much.
At the end of this week's episode, Adar is hoping to persuade Galadriel to join him to oppose Sauron. Adar's character - which never existed that I know of in Tolkien's writing - is obviously based on Sauruman's teaching in Peter Jackson's LOTR - The Two Towers - that the Orcs were once Elves, captured and corrupted by Morgoth. In ROP Adar is called 'the father of the orcs.'
JRR Tolkien complained about Ralph Bakshi's 1978 animated version of LOTR that he did not portray the Elves with the divine power and grace that he intended them to have. In my older copy of The Two Towers I noted a passage that implied that the Orcs could not come from the Elves; in a later Kindle copy that passage is deleted.
So, OK; we are moving on from all of that.
I wonder if ROP is a bit scattered in its plots. Tolkien wrote much of this in separate 'Tales'; ROP seems to be trying to string them together as one continuous tale. It gets confusing for me at times. 🤷

Not a lot was written about the effects, if any, on the Dwarves or the Elves’ rings. So Amazon can fill in the blanks. The rings given to humans we all know how that worked out.

In the original lore these rings were made without Sauron’s knowledge so he had no effect on them.

You very succinctly encapsulated my previous post. It is obvious that the reason that the Uniparty continuously pairs Putin with Trump is because they are both ideologue partners in opposing the globalist cabal with their one world rule hegemony fantasy; not partners in approach necessarily, just partners in ideology.
Europe believes that war with Russia will end that partnership. Perhaps the D.C. group are more cautious. True: they overthrew the Ukraine govt in 2014 in order to try to create a Ukraine = NATO scenario... they just never formulated a cogent plan in how to use that to force the U.S. into the war. Americans - and Ukrainians - are getting too rich to spoil it all in an end-all battle.

I agree with the “murder” of Sauron, especially the way they did the slime scene which was pretty gross and I still have no idea what that blast of light that instantly freezes everything was all about. I am not sure these storywriters know what a Maiar is, turning him into a black glob of gloop consuming vermin in a cave. And yes Adar is a total construct of this series. And I liked the first actor better than this new one.
I like this Elrond better than Galadriel, she seems to be too reckless though if you recall in Doriath she concealed the truth about the Kinslaying so this nature of deception is a valid flaw in her character according to the lore. You would think by the 2nd Age she would have matured a lot more. Certainly, in LoTR she is deemed to be very great and among the wisest leaders of the Eldar.
If you have much knowledge of the whole fiction to enjoy this show you just have to put things on the shelf, anyway we haven’t seen the ending. I will keep watching to see how it turns out, I’ve already invested too much time to quit now. ha ha.

I don't agree. Sauron - as Anatar - deceived Celebrimbor into working together to fashion the Rings of Power. Sauron had superior knowledge on how to encipher designs into the rings (which Celebrimbor lacked) - and to encase much of his own super powers (as a disciple of Morgoth), that he could forge the One Ring ("in secret" Tolkien is clear on) to overcome the others. He built his own trap, not believing that he could ever lose his One Ring to 'bring them all and in the darkness bind them.'
Once Sauron lost the One Ring, he was unable to take on material form - so much of his evil power he had to transfer to all of the rings. But as long as the One Ring existed, the other rings retained much creative power. Only Sauron became perilously endangered... not what he originally intended.
Sauron had to fashion a 'key' that would tempt the others to willfully use their rings until the Dark Lord was ready to reel them in, like fish on a bait line. This Amazon ROP series seems to be narrowing in on this 'bait line' aspect.
