EXCLUSIVE Inside the Hamptons million dollar drug ring where rich clients dined with dealers and were chauffeured in Mercedes for top-of-the-line cocaine
Daily Mail ^ | 8/25/24 | T. E. Mcmorrow

It’s the flashiest street in the Hamptons – the Rodeo Drive of the East End – where, if you have money to burn, you can light an inferno at Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton or Prada.

And, at least until recently, Newtown Lane in East Hampton Village was also the place where you could buy couture cocaine from a Mercedes-driving drug pusher, who would pick you up at a high-end Italian restaurant and take you to a more secluded spot to make the deal.

And this was no street drug cut with fentanyl or bath salts. This was the real deal – ‘a much purer, high-end product,’ one source familiar with the scheme told DailyMail.com.

But now the whole $1 million drug business has come crashing down following the arrests of the alleged kingpins who kept the Hamptons hooked.

Michael Khodorkovskiy 44, of Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, a private ride-share driver, and Russian-born Alexandr Dyatchin, 38, an Uber driver, who was renting a summer home in the millionaires’ playground, have been charged with more than 80 felony counts.

Police say the two men ran a cocaine delivery service that served high-end locations in the Hamptons from Newtown Lane out to the prestigious Montauk Yacht Club, and everywhere in between.

And what Khodorkovskiy and Dyatchin didn’t know was that many of the deals they struck weren’t with high rollers wanting to get higher, but with undercover agents.

The arrests have sent shock waves through the summer haven – nowhere more than at Cittanuova, a classy Italian restaurant across the street from Chanel and next door to Zimmermann – a store recommended by Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop, where a regular dress will set you back more than $2,000.

It was at Cittanuova that, unknown to the restaurant’s owners, Khodorkovskiy met his clients.

The Cartel (TLAs) will not tolerate interlopers.

Something does not add up here.

“The two men have netted more than $1 million since spring 2003 from their drug business, prosecutors say.”

Simple math

1 million /~20 years =~ $ 50,000

for two.

That give a paltry, subminimum income like $25,000/year for each one of the crooks.

In CA, McDonald workers make around $40,000.
Yeah, million is not what it used to be,
I guess those guys need to apply for food stamps.

These dudes are drug dealers but this article makes it sound like these guys are solely responsible for keeping the little rich turds in the Hamptons taking coke.

I guess the users had it forced on them. They bought the dope out of pity for the drug dealers.

No responsibilty for using it I guess.

Maybe the Hamptons residents get some kind of discount.

There’s no way this should have gone bad with the level of clients they were serving. These guys clearly pissed off someone. Or at least they didn’t grease the right palms.

I don’t understand why anyone would risk their brain by taking drugs. Self destructive behavior. Just go ahead and jump off the bridge.

Rich clients?

I suspect that is about half the drug dealers clients. I’ve often said the user needs to be punished as much as the seller. If there is no one to buy it, then those selling it would soon dry up.

It’s on the order of blaming the SUV for the car crash when the driver is actually at fault.

But the rich entitled druggies run the country. There’s no way laws will be redefined to target them as much as the dealer.

A million is probably just what hey have records of or is a WAG. These guys should have been raking in that much a month with their business. Or, they are really just runners for the real “kingpins.”

I would, imagine many top of the line exclusive vacation places the elites mingle with dealers, or at least know how to get in contact with them for their product.

Many rich folks do seem to love their recreational coke it seems.

It could be that selling is seasonal- winter might slow down sales considerably- but yeah, $25,000 apiece seems really really low, especially for the “good stuff” which should bring a premium price and profit
