New Pennsylvania polling shows Democrats in the lead for both the presidential and Senate races in the state. According to a survey released Tuesday by Susquehanna Polling, Vice President Harris has a 4-point lead over former President Trump. Harris, who entered the race just more than a week ago after President Biden suspended his campaign, earns 47 percent support among Pennsylvania voters. Trump is close behind with 43 percent. Three percent of voters say they will cast their ballot for independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and 7 percent say they aren’t sure who they would vote for if the election were held today. Sen. Bob Casey (D-Pa.) also leads his Republican challenger, David McCormick.

I did find a previous measure for this company’s turnout model.
It was Biden +5 in April. Slight closure.
Most other polls show a Trump +3ish in PA.
The way that should be written is most other turnout models show that.
I always prepare for the worst—but work and hope for the best.

As already noted, this is a Trump improvement vs that Turnout Model by 1% in a week.
Other Turnout Models (from other pollsters) has him in the lead.
We cannot know whose model is accurate, but we can tell if the needle moves by watching measurements using the same model. In this case, a good week for Trump.
