All ancient history. The fraud for 2024 that the RNC and Lara Trump are inept at addressing is the phantom vote. The phantom votes are ‘voters’ whose residential address is a commercial address like the local Walmart, 7-11 or UPS Store or the homeless who use the homeless charity business address as their residential address. To get these off the local election rolls one has show the local election official that the addresses are commercial not residential and therefore the ‘registered voter’ is in violation of the law and must be stricken from the voter rolls. This has to be done 90 days before the election. After that the voter rolls are locked down until election.
Fractal technology can be used to scrutinize the voter rolls for the county and flag commercial addresses being used as ‘residential’ addresses for voters. Which is a violation of the law. Catching the fraud before the election, not waiting until the election to catch it.
Plus in Florida we have the DeSantis created question of why did he appoint Dave Kerner, a Palm Beach democrat, to be executive director for the Florida Department Highway Safety and Motor Vehicle, which oversees driver licensing. And counties such as Pinellas and Hillsborough used blank ballot fraud in the 2022 election. Blank ballots being that if the voter did not vote for everything on the ballot it was kicked out as a blank ballot and adjudicated. So if someone only voted for governor in 2022 and no other office it would be kicked out as a blank ballot, even if governor was the only office the voter wanted to vote for.
Makes sense, but it’s still a character the left call fascist.

I went to the link embedded in Larry Schweikart’s site but all that came up was this tweet about mammograms:

However, I did my own search and it took a bit of time but I finally found the ruling regarding Dr. Hoffe and was pleasantly surprised that it referenced the Chevron/Loper ruling. I wouldn’t have thought that there’d ever be a link between Canadian covid cases and the overturning of Chevron, but here it is, in part:
“The panel held that the issues raised in the citation should be determined based upon the evidence that is tested through cross-examination rather than by taking judicial notice of one party’s assertion of the facts, and in this case, based upon statements made by public health officials or public health agencies. The panel held that it was prepared to take judicial notice of the fact that Health Canada had approved the COVID – 19 vaccines, but declined to take judicial notice that Health Canada’s approval was a strong indicator of safety and effectiveness.
This decision on the issue of judicial notice is consistent with the June 28, 2024, decision of the US Supreme Court in Loper Bright Enterprises et al. v. Raimondo Secretary of Commerce et. al. which overturned the landmark 1984 decision in Chevron v. Natural Resources Defense Council. The Chevron decision had given rise to what is commonly referred to as the Chevron deference doctrine. Under this doctrine, federal agencies had the power to interpret a law that they administer when that law is vaguely written, and courts were required to defer to the agency’s interpretation of a statute.
In Loper, the US Supreme Court rejected the Chevron deference doctrine calling it “fundamentally misguided.” They said courts should rely on their own interpretations of ambiguous laws rather than having to accept the agency’s interpretations. Commentators have suggested that the Chevron deference doctrine gave the powerful – the people who control the agencies like the FDA, CDC and FCC – a significant advantage in court making them essentially the ultimate decision-makers in interpreting ambiguous laws. Commentators have pointed out that many of these agencies are captive agencies with close ties, including financial ties, to the industries that they are charged with regulating and therefore they lack objectivity with respect to those industries.
The ruling in Loper means that federal judges now have more authority to interpret these laws. The decision by the British Columbia Disciplinary Panel of the College of Physicians of Surgeons of British Columbia prevents regulatory bodies from saying “it is so because we say it is so”. They have to prove the facts they assert and those who disagree will be allowed to challenge those facts and present contrary evidence.
The case against Dr. Hoffe is far from over. This development is significant in that a government agency cannot make the rules, interpret them, and claim they hold the truth on an evolving scientific or medical issue.”
I spoke with Dr. Hoffe by telephone at the height of the covid insanity and he’s been treated harshly by both the Canadian government and his occupation’s provincial and national governing bodies. It’s so very good to see that governing bodies have taken notice of recent US Supreme Court rulings and are willing to apply what I think is very sound rationale by the USSC to cases here. More than anything, it could be a sign that some of the “hostages” in the medical community are setting themselves free of the covid hysteria and indoctrination and returning to sane and thoughtful practices.

I meant to mention that. I am no cyber expert, but how hard is it to isolate voters' addresses where hundreds of voters live? Every election I read about 1500 voters living at an empty lot address, stuff like that. If that can be discovered AFTER the election, why can't it be discovered BEFORE the election❓

Something big is happening in Europe.

We saw a massive right-wing wave sweeping across Europe in the EU elections.
Right-wing parties saw huge gains all in many countries, and interestingly, they did very well among young voters.
Now the Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán has launched a new right-wing alliance called Patriots For Europe – And it is growing by the day!
Currently, 9 political parties from 8 different countries have joined the group, including Geert Wilder’s Freedom Party that won the Dutch election.
This comes as Hungary takes over the Presidency of the EU Council. And guess what their slogan is?
It is ”Make Europe Great Again” or MEGA.
Here is a full list of all the parties that have joined so far – This is huge.
The Austrian Freedom Party FPÖ that is currently polling as the biggest party in the country.
The Belgian Vlaams Belang party.
The Czech ANO party that won the EU elections in the country.
The Danish People’s Party
The Hungarian Fidesz Party.
The Hungarian Christian Democratic People’s Party.
The Dutch Freedom Party led by Geert Wilders
The Portugese Chega! Party.
The Spanish Vox party.
And it look like more parties could be joining soon, with talks about Marine Le Pen’s right-wing party joining and Matteo Salvini’s Lega part in Italy.
They could in fact become the third largest group in the EU parliament.
The new alliance wants to work to close the borders, greater sovereignty for EU member states and they are against the EU Green Deal.
In fact, the Austrian FPÖ party campaigned in the EU elections to stop ”Climate Communism”. In case you didn’t know, Climate Communism is a term that I invented and popularized.
They also say that they want to ”protect and celebrate it’s European identity, traditions and customs”.
Here is part of what Andrej Babiš, Leader of the Czech ANO party that is in this new alliance posted on his facebook page.

They are striving mightily hard to get into the war between Ukraine and Russia - and of course drag the U.S. in via NATO for finance and some of the noble dead.⤵🚮 Ukraine is amassing troops on the border of Belarus right now; just throw in a match.
You have until August 5 to find them and have them stricken from the voter rolls. After August 5 the voter rolls are locked down and even fraudulent addresses aka phantom voters. Access to voter rolls before the 90 day deadline depends on the county and the researchers’ technology access to scroll through thousands or millions of voters and their addresses. Some states have even made it a crime to audit the voter rolls to hide the dirty rolls.
A great site that goes in detail about phantom votes is the Omega4America.com on substack. They have video’s showing how cutting edge technology is used and needed to clean the voter rolls before the 90 day lockdown.
As I mentioned upthread the wild card in the technology voter fraud is Space Force. They more than likely have the technology to flag phantom voters. No one knows what they are up to in relation to this. Another technological avenue that can be used is the ring of satellites Musk is putting up over the Earth. They are a double edged sword in that they can also be used for nefarious, aka globalists, purposes.
You are correct in that the problem lies in the GOP unwillingness to do anything and the local Directors of Elections at the county level who are either in on the fraud or more concerned with keeping their job than doing their job, i.e. government worker with no accountability.
Given that more citizens are aware of voter fraud and the many avenues that have been used is good. If election fraud occurs in 2024, and it will, it will be questioned by average citizens who have some knowledge of the types of fraud used. This was not the case in the past. We the people are awake now and have, at a minimum, an understanding of what the election fraudsters will do or are planning to do in 2024.
