I agree with you with only one addition: Add "Bill Clinton and Barack Obama" to those who are 100% sure. That's why they came out and stood by him. Those two are more politically savvy than the rest of the DNC put together.

Has to be fictional. Three elements that would require 3 separate parties.
Book deal? You’d have to find some private publisher willing to give up $100-mil, for a book that will never sell more than 100,000 copies (mostly to libraries). I could see someone bending over backwards and offering $5-mil (max).
On the presidential library? Obama’s cost was around $480-mil. I think Bush’s library was in the $45-mil range. You’d have to get the GOP in the House agreeable, and I seriously doubt that the amount would go much past $500-mil. She’s probably got Hunter-art already selected for the entry-way.
Finally, on the details of legal immunity...who exactly would she be talking to? VP Harris? Gov Newsom? Immunity from what? DNC making fake promises?
The chief problem I now see is that a whole group of secondary candidates (House, Senate, Governors, etc) are on the Democratic ticket. If Biden continues on to November....some will fail because of voters missing. The party has a reason to negotiate but these 3 conditions are a joke.
