A large analysis of data from nearly 400,000 healthy U.S. adults followed for more than 20 years has found no association between regular multivitamin use and lower risk of death. I will keep investing - unless they prove it is harmful.
So far, so good.
Excellent health, and no prescription drugs at all.
I also take one aspirin per day, with a full meal, for heart and vascular health.
No bleeding issues, and excellent heart health, so far.
Re: aspirin - if you take a prescription blood thinner, do NOT take aspirin. There are significant bleeding risks.
The number one cause of death, not just in America, but worldwide, is life.

In my experience, most doctors know little about using vitamins, minerals, and other supplements to treat illness. The right ones though can work near wonders. Certain deficiencies like magnesium and Vitamin D are common but not always recognized even though they have highly damaging effects on the cardiovascular system and the brain.
I was depleted of vitamin D and iron, so they put me on high doses of both. It brought my levels back to normal, so I know they work.
