Corporate America has pretty much turned its back on white employees.
Last week, James O’Keefe published an undercover video that saw a long-time Disney insider explain that Disney will no longer hire white men in its corporate offices. This week, James Woods published on X two graphics based upon data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showing that it’s not just Disney that is discriminating against whites. Instead, whites are being frozen out of the corporate labor market.
As of the 2020 Census, before Joe Biden’s frantic efforts to import millions of non-white people into America, self-identified whites made up 57.84% of the population. As was to be expected, whites also make up an average of 58% of all people with college degrees, ranging from associate’s degrees to doctorates.
Given white people’s representation in the overall population and their matching representation with academic credentialism, one would think that they’d appear in corporate hiring in the same ratio...that is, around 57-58% of corporate hires.

The top graphic actually originated with a September 2023 article at Bloomberg, which provides more information about the data:
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires companies with 100 or more employees to report their workforce demographics every year. Bloomberg obtained 2020 and 2021 data for 88 S&P 100 companies and calculated overall US job growth at those firms.
In total, they increased their US workforces by 323,094 people in 2021, the first year after the Black Lives Matter protests — and the most recent year for which this data exists.
The overall job growth included 20,524 White workers. The other 302,570 jobs — or 94% of the headcount increase — went to people of color. (Emphasis in original.)

This basically happened to me in 2008 - I had a very good resume that I had built over decades
Because of the crash there were few jobs - and what little I got was only because I was friends with a woman - and it didn’t pay very well
It was consulting and mandatory (by the client’s rules) to roll out and a whole new team come in

That is the overall percent. For age twenty and under, whites are already a minority.
We have lost our country.
Perhaps the first time in history that a vast majority of a species freely chose to self-exterminate.

If a job involves working outside, dangerous in any way, manual labor, some skill, manual dexterity, strong back and sweat then a white male might get it. White males do not need to go to college. You need to get used to a job where you take a shower after work and not before work. White males are second class citizens.
So I actually feel proud every time I see an ad with no white men in it.
I work for a major Wall Street Bank. It’s not only the hiring of POCs (Persons of Color), a favorite Corporate term, it’s the hiring of women as well. If you are a nonwhite woman, you are in the best shape, then non white men, white women and then white men. Being gay or transgender is a bonus to any of the above. Unfortunately, I’m a military veteran and while Corporate America preaches hiring vets and I am a “federally protected” category of worker, I’ve never once heard of during hiring discussions or in my own discussions with HR, any consideration given for Vet status.
The whole categorization and “diversification” of the workforce is non-sense but it is very real. The real shame is the obvious lack of qualification of many of the employees now being hired and which is painfully obvious when having to interact with them. It leads to less productivity and for competent workers to have to pick up the slack. Another segment of our society willingly committing suicide.
And it’s not just Corporate America. I’ve been riding NJ Transit for close to 25 years. When I started riding, almost every conductor was a white male. Get on any train now or go through Hoboken or Penn Station and 90% of the conductors are black men or women. The Democrats have continued to use state and federally funded jobs as welfare programs for their constituency.
Except in communism, where they eliminate people by the millions, and billions if they could get away with it.

I probably want be here that much longer. But until I die

And when they have layoffs they terminate white men to be able to target their diversity quotas.
Such is life. Make the best of it as you can.

For many years Jews “need not apply”.
Many Jews started their own businesses.
The smaller the business, the less discriminatory against whites, in general.
I avoid all large companies when possible. Or if it a large corp is necessary, try to do business with a privately held one. A lot of the DEI hatred of whites is pushed by exchanges.
You also get better products and services.
All companies have a life cycle. As they get infested with DEI it just expedites their death.
I worked for a giant company and rapidly figured out I’d never get ahead h less I went out on my own. Same will happen with the DEI monsters, but now they’ll never get the valuable workers.
I’m in a similar situation, but at the moment I’m employed full-time. For how long, I’m not sure
Any tips on looking for contract work? Any particular website you used?
Also, how was the transition to contract work? I have this impression they expect contractors to know everything and hit the ground running.

Smartest thing I did for my company was buy three King Airs (a business plane).
All three fly in a loop between Midland, Houston, Oklahoma. Always full of employees. Seldom deal with airlines. Cheaper and don’t have to support DEI.
