Get on any train now or go through Hoboken or Penn Station and 90% of the conductors are black men or women. The Democrats have continued to use state and federally funded jobs as welfare programs for their constituency.
That’s because most government jobs now are just another extension of welfare. Go to almost any post office and it is overwhelmingly black females, most of whom used to be on welfare.
