In the past couple of years I have noticed there is a complete lake of regard for other posters on this site. Not only that but swearing seems to be tolerated. In the past day I have been called gay, a lair, that I am talking out of my *** and I am full of ****. Do we even have to go into the fighting on any thread about Ukraine or Russia. Even hard facts from multiple sources no longer seem to matter. Instead it is whoever can come up with the snarkiest reply.
By now you should quit worrying about what we look like. The RATs sure don’t. And they are running things because of our meekness.
I am going to start using a different hair spray.

Having a discussion with an exchange of ideas is extremely valuable .
People can learn from other viewpoints and honestly it’s a good training ground to push back on the left in our spheres of influence.
When name calling and the insults start, the open exchange of ideas shuts down .
There is a way to have debates and defend one’s viewpoints without virulently attacking the other person.

we had to have unblessed hosts once and they tasted like dry paste. no amount of wine would have made them desirable.

Oh yes...they did taste bland and pasty! They were the small ones in the garbage bag, maybe an inch across. The had the bigger, ceremonial ones that they would hold above their heads and break into pieces, and those were stacked in small four inch square boxes perhaps two inches high.
They didn’t taste good, but the fact that it was illicit and probably shocking to some is what made us eat them!
