it IS unpleasant, and i suspect alot of those pesky types would not have the nerve to confront anyone if this was RL.
By the way- what kinda “hosts” did you guys get?
we had to have unblessed hosts once and they tasted like dry paste. no amount of wine would have made them desirable.

Oh yes...they did taste bland and pasty! They were the small ones in the garbage bag, maybe an inch across. The had the bigger, ceremonial ones that they would hold above their heads and break into pieces, and those were stacked in small four inch square boxes perhaps two inches high.
They didn’t taste good, but the fact that it was illicit and probably shocking to some is what made us eat them!
