Video of meteorologist predicting severe Texas weather two days before it occurs and showing the Doppler beams ionizing the atmosphere. The Doppler radar towers put in a couple of decades ago have ten times the power going to them required for weather forecasting. The order of magnitude of power is for weather control.
You certainly do have more of a scientific background than I do. I’m sorry if it seems that I am discounting the value of that. One of the really bad things about having a government that constantly lies to us - including the “experts” like the CDC, NIH, etc - is that being an expert doesn’t necessarily mean anything any more, because experts can be accurate or experts can lie their asses off for an agenda. And we the people have no way to know who is who, aside from whatever we can piece together on our own to try to let the science speak for itself. That’s what I’m trying to do.
I did some looking on my own and find that weather patterns can be in a holding pattern if the jetstream is really reduced and/or divides. I don’t know what that would look like on radar. I tried to find other examples of radar with this kind of wall effect, to see if there were examples showing that what you said does cause the same observable phenomenon on radar but I wasn’t able to find that. If you know how I can find that I would greatly appreciate it.
This hasn’t gotten into any of the HAARP stuff and I haven’t been able to find a clear description of how Dutchsinse says the NEXRAD stuff works. I’ve seen talk about plasma being created but haven’t been able to figure out what he’s saying. I also don’t know what difference the ionization is supposed to make, as opposed to excitation that can be caused by even non-ionizing radiation.
In the past I’ve seen people similar to yourself who have argued that earthquakes cannot be created. But Raytheon whistleblower Erick Hecker says he heard from the people who actually tried their earthquake maker in Iceland the first time, telling him in real time that they accidentally hit New Zealand by mistake.
He’s also said stuff about Havana Syndrome, which is finally now being acknowledged. What he’s saying is that the technology is able to target specific individuals who already have everything about them known (as per 5th Generation Warfare tactics), and create that person’s own voice in their own head saying whatever the programmer says.
There have been questions of whether Directed Energy could have been used to create massive fires such as the fire in Hawaii. What would stop a massive microwave attack from scorching any area it could reach?
Directed Energy Weapons are not just about shooting down drones or missiles. Energy can be directed to do all kinds of things. But the information is on a “need to know” basis, so a lot of people who are experts about any one area of expertise STILL can get it wrong simply because they haven’t been read into the programs.
That’s no offense to those who haven’t been read in. They are probably spreading information to the best of their knowledge. But that doesn’t change the hidden programs and the Deep State/cabal crooks who use them.
I do wonder, though, when somebody claims that a particular technology is absolutely impossible. Hecker described the use of quantum entanglement - where a particle light-years away can be instantaneously impacted by action here on earth. Who would ever have said that would be possible even a decade ago?
The US government is expert at hiding its own crimes. So it is particularly interesting that they claim that radar and other sources of electromagnetic radiation can modify weather. To what do you think they are referring?
This world is really messed up, and finding out the genuine truth is harder now than it’s ever been. That necessarily makes discussions like this contentious. I hate it that it is this way but it is what it is.
You are getting lamer by the minute; “Your momma wears army boots.”
What a clown.
The beauty of a conspiracy theory is that if someone presents facts to contradict or disprove it, you get to just make up another conspiracy to rationalize it. They eventually end up with assertions that the all-powerful Gubmint is in on it, knows all about, and is covering it all up.
We’re not talking NIH or CDC here. We’re talking EM, Radar and physics. You latch onto a word like NEXRAD and all of a sudden they’re weather altering conspiracies. Truth be told, most of the beauty of the new weather radars is in the backend processing and not in the pulsed power. You just need to stop and go on off and find some other conspiracy, frankly you’re wildly out of your depth here
If anybody knows about lamer it’s you go play with your con trails and UHO’s.
You’re done. Lamer and lamer. IQ of a turnip.
“Hecker described the use of quantum entanglement - where a particle light-years away can be instantaneously impacted by action here on earth. Who would ever have said that would be possible even a decade ago?”
You don’t understand quantum entanglement so stop repeating false information.
Ad hominem. Blah blah blah
Disappointingly, ad hominem. Blah blah blah
The informations posted and the references are certainly stirring up a storm, are they not?
“Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain.”
True. My mistake, sorry.

LOL! What you posted is absolutely impossible thus false. But expected from a devoted conspiracist.
Below is some more information on Nick Begich.
While he now has joined the Republican Party and has run on that platform, please be aware that there is a possibility that this is a trojan horse.
He is listed also in a website called “Great Arcana” which does not appear when clicked. Indicative of an occult worldview at the very least. Those who believe themselves to be Christian or hold a worldview thus may want to be very careful to be discerning.

Absolutely impossible? There you go again...
“Later, however, the counterintuitive predictions of quantum mechanics were verified[6][7][8] in tests where polarization or spin of entangled particles were measured at separate locations, statistically violating Bell’s inequality. In earlier tests, it could not be ruled out that the result at one point could have been subtly transmitted to the remote point, affecting the outcome at the second location.[8] However, so-called “loophole-free” Bell tests have since been performed where the locations were sufficiently separated that communications at the speed of light would have taken longer—in one case, 10,000 times longer—than the interval between the measurements” from https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_entanglement
” Dr. Begich received Doctor of Medicine (Medicina Alternitiva), honoris causa”
ROTFLMAO! Only real doctors put “Dr” before their name. Those with doctoral degrees put “PhD after.
This faker is neither.
Once again your ignorance is displayed. Information can not be transmitted instantaneously.
From your link:
However, all interpretations agree that entanglement produces correlation between the measurements, and that the mutual information between the entangled particles can be exploited, but that any transmission of information at faster-than-light speeds is impossible.[9][10] Thus, despite popular thought to the contrary, quantum entanglement cannot be used for faster-than-light communication.[11]
Looks like that doctorate might be kind of like the one that Bearden claimed - based on life experiences. I know there are honorary doctorates given to politicians, etc but I don’t think they’re actually claimed as if they were academic degrees. I also know there are some degree programs that take into consideration a person’s previous work.
The claim of a doctorate degree without any of the accountability of it troubles me.
True, sorry. The book “Angels Don’t Play This H.A.A.R.P.” was written by Nick Begich and Jeanne Manning.

“Angels Don’t Play this HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology” is so good it’s scary. Or maybe it’s a scary subject done well. Either way, it is an extremely well researched and investigated exposé. The HAARP project in Alaska is like a giant Swiss Army knife of death and destruction.
We should realize that the first edition of this book came out in 1995. That was before HAARP (in its current form) was even completed. Begich and Manning were all over this very early on. Dr. Begich has a very deep and well respected knowledge of these types of technologies.
Begich and Manning lay it all on the table. They write about HAARP’s origins and history. They write about the HAARP facility’s ability to: generate earthquakes, modify the weather, control people’s minds, map the Earth’s interior, generate ultra-powerful laser like power beams, transmit wireless power, and more. Sure, these technologies can be used benevolently, but when they are in the hands of our military, the emphasis is on killing people and breaking stuff. We’re concerned that these technologies are being used against the American people.
“Angels Don’t Play this HAARP” is a great example of good old American muckraking journalism from a very capable duo.

The High-frequency Active Auroral Research Project was named to be misleading. It was evidently hoped that those who did recognize that word “auroral” would accept the idea that the University of Alaska is studying the aurora borealis. However, if that is so, a huge amount of money is being channeled into studying a light show. Could this naming strategy deflect attention away from a deeper and hidden reason for HAARP? That is, weapons development for the military? The funding makes far more sense in that context, not to mention attempts to conceal said funding.
When some people first hear about HAARP, they may default to the possibility that whoever is speaking about it may have fallen victim to yet another Internet hoax. In my opinion, this mid-nineties non-fiction research classic puts the hoax-as-only-story possibility firmly to rest. Begich and Manning do not approach this topic as speculation about who may be behind the dubious activities behind the fence, but they do point out that HAARP is part of a global cooperative effort. The facility in Alaska is not the only ionospheric heater on the planet. So it’s bigger than weapons development by the US military alone. It is also copiously documented that official sources have repeatedly lied to the public about exactly what is going on. Some of the possibilities that electromagnetic manipulation can target certainly sound outlandish, so it’s obvious why some dismiss the entire topic of HAARP as being a gullible tin-hat wearer’s hobby du jour.
Did you know that there are rivers of electrical power flowing through the sky? Nikola Tesla knew, and he wanted to harness that power to serve mankind. However, the scientific patents and procedures that eventually developed appear to be now in the service of other motives. My perspective, after reading Begich and Manning, is that if you want to read an Internet hoax, there are mentions on the web debunking the idea that HAARP is in any way a conspiracy. The debunking is the hoax.
I will close with a quote from the last chapter: “The breakup of the sciences into ever narrower specialties has made it difficult for specialists to synthesize a wide range of facts about our planet and come up with wisdom.” Enough said.

And you’re lying again about what I said. I never said that information can be transmitted instantaneously. I said that changes made to one particle can instantaneously affect the other particle.
Please, just stop the logical fallacies you keep using and stop the lying about what I’ve said.
I do have to admit that I lied, albeit not intentionally. I said I was done with you but then I felt I needed to correct your lying about me and what I’ve said.
You are not worth my time. From here on out, I appeal to anybody who has withstood the stench this long, to realize that once I leave this thread he’s going to lie about me and my claims over and over and over again, just as he has to this point. Please recognize his logical fallacies and misrepresentations and take his input for what it is worth scientifically: nothing.
Please recognize that this kind of behavior is the modus operandus of trolls, with the intent to clear a space of anybody who holds them accountable so they can then spew whatever falsehoods they want.
This is also how Artificial Intelligence has been used to target individuals, find out what they want to hear, and clear their online world of anybody who would give them a different perspective. This is intended to isolate people into their small parallel universes so that there is no processing of what is true and what is not. This is what is making genuine processing impossible in our country and why nothing real seems to make any difference - because it can never penetrate the parallel universes in the heads of each person so targeted by AI.
What is happening here is disgusting and deadly. I hate to give up on anybody because I know that when we do that we make the real world of engaged dialog smaller, and we need every bit we can get. But the only real dialog going on here is if there is somebody reading the thread who can still get something worthwhile out of it. I’ll have to leave that in the hands of the readers because this is just a waste of my time.
