She doesnβt know anything about that loaded gun she put in the hands of a crazed libtard
He hired a totally unqualified person to handle deadly weapons. He is equally to blame.
So not only did that irresponsible jerk murder an innocent woman, but he ruined this young woman’s life.
She looks awfully young for a job like that - she looks like a high-school kid.
In my opinion, the only one guilty is Baldwin
Not for nothing....This isn’t right. The prop manager had her rolling cigarettes...She wasn’t her own boss. And the props mabager threw shells away. And the project manager agreed to testify against the armorer for total immunity.
Someone died. Somebody has got to go to prison and it can’t be the star of the movie. He’s the Official Commie Liberal of the DemonRAT Partay.
That chick showed no emotion during the trial, even when the witnesses were describing the victim basically dying right in front of their eyes.....she just sat their stone faced.
I can’t believe she’s only facing 18 months. SMH
She’s 24 or so.
The assumption is she got the job because her daddy has a long and storied career as an armorer.
One dead, one wounded. That’s only a one quarter mass murder using the Democrat’s Mass Murder Calculation.
Her father is a famous armorer. She was raised with guns....just like Baldwin was....his father taught riflery for years.
So when’s the walking penis that aimed and shot the gun at the victim going to prison? And for how long?
There was a lot of misinformation going around when this first happened. It is NOT an actor’s job to check a firearm. That is always done first by the armorer. If an actor checks a firearm, drops a clip and loads another, etc., it’s because it’s in the script. If an actor checks a firearm without it being in the script it’s the job of the director to call CUT (or sometimes the armorer will tell the Director) and have the armorer recheck the firearm. There’s a reason why there are so few firearms accidents on movie sets. The rules are very, very strict.
Now that the armorer has been convicted, Baldwin will be tried next. He has two potentially big problems. First, if he hired this woman to cut corners he could be found guilty (on whatever charge they bring). Second, the word from her attorneys is Baldwin went off script and pointed the firearm at the cinematographer during the shot. That could bring a Reckless Endangerment charge.
It’s very important to be the first person to get to the prosecutor’s office to agree to testify against someone else.
In the Enron scandal, the CFO mastermind of the shell companies, Fastow, got there first along with his wife. They got short sentences in addiction clinics. The previous CEO got years. Of course, the Fastow family were huge donors to the symphony, local museum and their temple.
Not a fan of hers and her court room behavior reinforces that BUT I donβt think they have made the case that she is responsible. There was testimony that the prop guns were, at times, used for live fire target price. This means other people were bringing live ammo on set and using it with the prop guns. Definitely raises the possibility that others were introducing live ammo. This should have been an easy case for her attorneys to make.
She sounds incompetent, but...am I the only one who gets the feeling this is simply to protect Alec Baldwin. I mean, he hired her, right?
No, he is not equally to blame. HE PULLED THE TRIGGER.
