Too bad it tastes like crap.
The instructions on the can are clear: After eating a big meal sit on the can, open the can of Kombucha, drink the can, and let nature take its course.

Drink the “can” I get it, but what do I do with the tea? Pour it in the toilet? Is that why I’m in the can/bathroom.
OR How do I drink the contents if I am sitting on the container/can?
Your statement is very hard to understand. /s
Eating well and getting off you behind can work as well.
Now if I were a worm...
I like kombucha, I mix it with selzer. Weight loss? No. I got a dog who walks me 3 to 5 miles 5 or 6 days a week, and I have lost 2 pounds in 2 months. I guess more of what's there is muscle, and in a year I might be down 12 pounds.
Make my own kimchee and saurkraut.
I may die from whatever tomorrow, yet my guts will be cleaned.
Is “work” an obscene word yet?
I brew a couple of gallons at a time. Easy enough to do, and far, far cheaper than buying it at the store.
You male or female?
If male, a warrior diet will drop lbs really quickly. Eat once a day. It’s very hard for the first few days....
I did that and lost many lbs.
Based on people’s reaction to the idea, I think for many it is.
Still making our own kefir, sauerkraut, pickles, and for about 3 years when we did not have milk, I made kombucha. We liked it, used weak cold brewed green tea as a base. Tasted just fine. Still prefer kefir.
.
A few adecades ago I would drink a glass of kombucha green tea every morning.
With the green tea in there, it had a distinct green tea flavor.
So it was green tea flavored crap. Not bad, really.
The last thing you want is your body thinking it’s starving and going into starvation mode.
That will make it even harder to lose weight.
Cutting back on carbs (fewer not none), especially wheat, and moving more is the best way to lost weight.
Weasel words. Waste of time to read it.
It could range from pucker inducing sour to super sweet depending on the tea you use,how much sugar you use and how long you allow it to ferment.
Did I lose weight ? I don’t recall, but I was not trying to.
I would eyeball it it take a sample taste and go from there.
“The trendy fizzy tea has reportedly become a favourite amongst celebrities. Madonna, Halle Berry, Lindsay Lohan, and Gwyneth Paltrow have all been claimed to regularly enjoy the beverage.”
That’s quite a list.
It’s sweetened right? I cannot stand sugar in tea of any kind.
