I cannot believe that Tricky Nikki thinks she has any chance at all to be nominated or win the Presidency. She cannot be that stupid.
If she had begun the process by taking positions to the right of Trump (the way that Vivek did and still does), she might have had a chance. Instead, she attacked Vivek and continues to attack Trump. Stupid moves.
If she had used Trump's legal problems as a way to highlight how the Deep State has unconscionably attacked Trump and his family--instead of repeatedly attacking Trump himself about his legal problems—she would have found a receptive ear. She should have been defending him against the Deep State, big government FBI, CIA, DOJ, etc. attacks on him—instead of repeatedly bringing those up, which offers some legitimacy to those attacks. She is still doing that today. Stupid move again.
She certainly has no base in the Republican Party, as those two huge moves listed above have completely alienated and pissed off the base. She can never have a base with the democrats, either, as the democrats that are voting for her now (to create chaos), will drop her like a hot potato if she were to be nominated—because she was a Trump appointee and admitted to voting for Trump twice. She would be poison to the democrats also. For that reason she does NOT have a base anywhere. She has to realize that.
Haley says that 70% of voters do not want to vote for either Trump or Biden. That may be true. However, it is ridiculous to think that if those two are the candidates, that most in both parties will not vote for either! That is totally absurd. Most will return home to their respective parties. Really stupid and naive comment on her part.
If she were to run as an Independent, just like John Anderson did in the 1980 election, her ceiling would be about 10% of those voters she alluded to. Therefore, it is absolutely absurd for her to think that she could possibly be elected President in any situation. I just cannot believe she is that stupid or clueless. We can guess, but only she, knows her real agenda here.
P.S. Her humiliation in South Carolina will be exceeded by a great deal tomorrow in Michigan!

Nikki may just be a placeholder until the convention. Lots of people say they will vote for Trump even if he goes to prison, but if they actually see him in an orange jumpsuit, they might decide to change their mind.
I'm hoping for the best, but expecting the worst given the horrid state of our justice system.

There is a contingent of never-Trumpers that will eventually come together. Birdbrain is a magnet for some of that wayward support, similar to FatBoy, DeSwamptus and RamaSwampy. Each of them took a portion of never-Trumpers for awhile, and then delivered some of it to Trump. There is simply no other rationale explanation for why she is in it now, and apparently thru 3/5. A big donor bowed out yesterday, NOTA beat her a week or two ago. Now I hear she is coming to MA on Saturday. She’s an actress playing a part in the MAGA plan.
