There are four court cases between now and the election. Two of them are state felony cases which Trump might not be able to get clemency from.

Nikki may just be a placeholder until the convention. Lots of people say they will vote for Trump even if he goes to prison, but if they actually see him in an orange jumpsuit, they might decide to change their mind.

I'm hoping for the best, but expecting the worst given the horrid state of our justice system.
