The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

In the battle between those who strip us our constitutional rights, we can't afford to let false divisions separate us any longer. We, and our country, will be forever made stronger by diligently seeking the truth, independence and freedom of thought.

This is one of the reasons I question the governmental push for seatbelt use and smoking cessation.
I think the particulates in smoking are problematic, but lowdose nicotine may have some benefit (note niacin = nicotinic acid).
Similarly, does seatbelt use load the pipeline with organ donors? I had a colleague in a high-end sedan in a very minor accident at an intersection; his wife was in the back seat bucked up and suffered spinal cord injury, paralyzing her from the neck down. The ER docs at a major university hospital stated some thing like, ‘damn those seat belts, again”.
Incidentally (not from the Maria-Trump interview), one of the beefs of the MAGA group attempting to gain control of the RNC is that the organization is failing to support activists such as 2020 Alternate Electors who are under attack from leftist prosecutors.
The RNC is also in financial trouble, probably because Trump supporters do not trust them. Nor should we. They are in the process of sabotaging the 2024 election.

Recalling my Howitzer info from my BIL, blanks are part-filled with wax.
It makes a sticky mess on the inside and the soldiers grumble about cleaning them after salutes.
And a “ready” cannon is there in case one gets gummed up and can’t be loaded quickly enough for timing purposes.

At 6:35, just after the counter says “One-six” the #4 (spare) cannon fires instead of the #2 gun. It only fires once during the salute.

Maybe I wasn't paying enough attention to previous televised inauguration ceremonies, but I don't remember the visit to Arlington Cemetery right after the oath was concluded. The 1985 inauguration (Reagan's second) might be an exception due to the very cold weather that day.
Patiently (not really) waiting for this to happen with some in our family.
