Eligible employees would have access to mental health resources, SoFi’s educational financial wellness program, credit-building help, and the ability to save for retirement when making student loan payments.

Eligible employees can receive a 401(k) match of up to 4% of their salary if they make student loan payments. The chain told Business Insider that private and federal loans are eligible for the student loan match.

The company will also introduce a Visa card by Cred.ai. Employees can make purchases and build credit with the card, with no fees or interest.

From my perspective, access to ‘mental health services’ is a two-edged sword. They (these services) can also be used as justification for other actions (like denial of access to 2A rights, etc.) Same thing goes for types of prescription meds. SSRIs to be specific - Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors.

And they will probably offer to change their diapers when necessary.

Is it just me, or is a person with a college degree and student loans doing something wrong if they're working at Chipotle after graduating?

“Have a crazy person make your lunch!” would be a heckuva ad campaign...

Agree - I made damn sure that no shrink got their hands on my kids, if only because nothing good can come of it. Same for myself and my wife (easy for my wife as she’s an immigrant, and they’re simply not into this ‘mental health’ craze)

They’ll need it if the story the other day about 25% of them being queer is true.

Given the depths to which most lib arts departments have descended, coupled with the quality of the studehts which they have allowed to enter, Chipolte appears to be one of their few hopes for work. (Sincere apologies to those departments who have successfully struggled to maintain the pre 1950s standards that produced truly educated graduates.)

Best way to hire Gen Z is full benefits, CEO of Chipotle, 10 figure salary, full gender reaffirming care and never have to show up for work.

F’ Gen Z and their pussy azz degenerate brains. A totally useless generation.

Fools don’t realize that sending employees to shrinks will only create more insanity and violence. More crazed shooters

Every time I had gone to chipotle the product was less than mediocre. No zip or deliciousness in product.
Last time I went was over 8 years ago. Taco Bell or Del Taco is more flavorful IMHO and cheaper.
Hope they go bellyup unless they change their product.
