Nikki Haley, the daughter of two non-citizens, is patently ineligible to serve as President or Vice President under Article II, Section 1 of the Constitution
The following analysis is a detailed response to critiques of an article I wrote earlier this month that garnered national attention, and was even Truthed by President Trump, shedding light on Nikki Haley’s ineligibility to serve as President or Vice President under the Constitution. My article was published originally on my Substack and American Greatness, and was titled “The Constitution Absolutely Prohibits Nikki Haley From Being President Or Vice President.” As A Threshold Matter, Nikki Haley, The Daughter Of Two Non-Citizens, Must Provide Proof That Her Parents Were Lawful Residents When She Was Born
As we head into the New Hampshire Republican primary, the presidential field has consolidated around three major candidates: Donald Trump, the frontrunner by wide margins, Nikki Haley, and Ron DeSantis. With Vivek Ramaswamy’s distant fourth place finish in Iowa and subsequent endorsement of the 45th President, Trump’s edge in New Hampshire looks insurmountable.
Recent polling suggests that he commands an outright majority of all New Hampshire GOP voters, meaning that even if all the remaining candidates dropped out and rallied around a single challenger to Trump, their collective effort would still fail – without, perhaps, outside help from Democrats and Independents. With recent reports that Ron DeSantis’ War Room has been dissolved, and all the staff being laid off in the aftermath of Iowa’s disaster, it seems to have proven true Nikki Haley’s post-Iowa declaration that the Republican Primary has now become “a two person race.”

Okay. I just posted the text. Ignore it.
> That did not stop obozo. <
Correct. And so this is, at best, a moot point. The voters have decided, and a precedent has been set. No court anywhere is going to decide otherwise.
Don’t get me wrong. It’s still an interesting topic. But practically, it’s a moot point, a dead issue. Sort of like discussing whether or not women should have the right to vote.
Note to my significant other: I did not post that last sentence.
What about the issue brought to light by the Daily Mail today?? So far all parties are staying away from it, but when it breaks, will it have an effect on Haley??
“...as she is poised to beat Trump in New Hampshire...”
She is poised to beat Trump in New Hampshire in the same fashion that DeSantis is poised to beat Trump in New Hampshire in the same fashion that you yourshelf are poised to beat Trump in New Hampshire.
Nope. No one cares about that.
How can you get worked up about her having a tryst, and not get worked up about Trump paying off his whores?
No. One. Cares.
“...her parents birth places mean nothing in this case.”
Your opinion does not count in this case.
The writers of the Constitution added the natural born clause, and it means born of citizen parents, as per their own definition.
The Constitution does not allow non-natural born citizens to be President but, like Obama, people allowed it. Obama even produced a fake birth certificate and deleted airline passenger manifests from Kenya. However, raw emotion caused a blind eye to his ineligibility.
“And the US Constitution has a special exemption for all such people born before 1776.”
All those people were citizens of the various states, which was the same thing, since the states formed the nation.
That article was effectively repealed by Congress when it declared McCain, who was not born in the US, and O’Bama to be Natural Born Citizens. No one questioned that and now pretty much anyone on earth is “eligible” to run for President of the USA if he is 35 years old and has resided in the USA for a time.
Because her "tryst" is colluding with the Federal government to criminalize an attempt by our president to get officials in Georgia to stop the vote fraud in Georgia. (massive fraud in Fulton County Georgia.)
Her "tryst" is also involved in a corruption scheme to defraud the people of Fulton County of a lot of money.
They are engaging in criminal behavior that is directly related to their attempts to serve as attack dogs for the Biden Administration.
And we can see that you seeth with hatred for Trump. You may not have read that Stormy Daniels (whom I think you are referring to) has admitted she never had sex with Trump.
“True” in this case, of political practice, is not and cannot be a philosophical ideal, according to the line of development of the national ideology of the United States, which comes via Aristotle and Locke, etc.
If we set up a conflict between the rational-empirical and the ideal, we come back to Aristotle vs Plato.
The “natural born” position is very much a Platonic one, of imagining an ideal form.
Sorry, you are wrong. You need to study history more. The early presidents after the founding generation (the original Citizens created by the Revolution) were the children of the Original Citizens. See this for a fuller explanation and analysis of all the early presidents: http://www.kerchner.com/protectourliberty/Presidents-Grandfathered-or-NBC-or-Frauds.pdf
I was writing about this long before you were. See the report I wrote about Bobby Jindal and several others years ago: https://www.scribd.com/lists/22182725/Some-Politicians-Seeking-High-Office-Who-Are-Not-A-Natural-Born-Citizen-of-U-S

1. Is Nikki Haley a U.S. citizen now? If your answer is "yes," then . . .
2. Did Haley ever undergo an actual "naturalization" process in order to become a citizen?
If the answer to this second question is "no," then Haley is a "natural born citizen" within the meaning of the U.S. Constitution, Article II, all other contortions and distortions aside.
A "natural born citizen" is someone who, by operation of law -- i.e., whatever law was in place at the time of the person's birth -- was a U.S. citizen at birth. That's all "natural born citizen" means, and that's all the term has ever meant. Period. Full stop.
Exactly. The courts do not want any part of this, no one has standing they say. The parties won't check it to accept them as candidates for the party so our only recourse is at the ballot box.
Obama at least could claim one parent a US citizen, appears to have been born in the US, but was adopted in Indonesia, mom gave up their US citizenship in the process and he didn't get his first US passport until elected to the US senate.
Cruz's dad was Canadian, his American mom and him emigrated and because residents of Canada, where Cruz was born. Not board in the US, not eligible. Heck, he even agreed before he ambitiously decided to ignore that and run for president.
Harris was born in the US of two non-citizen parents, one was deported to Canada and she grew up and went to school in Montreal. Clearly not eligible.
Rubio, again non-citizen parents.
Ramaswamy and Haley, non-citizen parents.
How many have divided loyalties with dual citizenship? Heck, Harris might be Indian, Canadian, Jamacan; Cruz, Cuban, Canadian; etc. Well, our only apparent recourse is consistently refusing to vote for any of these ineligible people.
You are right about everything about flights to Kenya. The evidence points to Canada, not Kenya. Barack Obama sr was so poor he couldn't even fly back to Kenya himself.
If I recall properly, he had to get a job in the University Cantina just to pay his rent.
There are letters from him begging his father to send him money. Do you think Stanley or Madlyn Dunham would pay to send their daughter to Kenya?
They sent her to Blaine Washington to live with her aunt, Eleanor Dunham Birkebile. (Stanley Dunahm's sister.)
Blaine is on the border with White Rock Canada, and Blaine didn't have a hospital in 1961. White Rock did.
Stanley Ann shows up in Seattle around August 19th not knowing how to change diapers, so there's a pretty good indication Barry was born either in very Northern Washington, or just across the border in White Rock.
From your comment you likely did not even read fully Paul Ingrassia’s article. He covers all that and why being born in SC, i.e., the USA, is necessary but not sufficient to be considered an Article II “natural born Citizen” of the United States. Read Ingrassia’s article in full.
I suggest you also read this white pare on the “natural born Citizen” term by yours truly: http://www.kerchner.com/protectourliberty/naturalborncitizen/TheWhoWhatWhenWhereWhyandHowofNBC-WhitePaper.pdf
By the way, no one has asked and none of these candidates have shared if they now or in the past have been citizens of other countries. I still remember Michelle Bachman dropping out after admitting that she had become or was becoming a Swiss citizen.
There were no "citizens" prior to 1776. Everyone was a "subject" of King George III.
Even for a long time after 1776, a lot of states kept saying "subject."
This use of "citizen" didn't really catch on until after the Constitutional convention in 1787.
"Citizen", in it's modern meaning, is a Swiss word, borrowed from the Swiss Republic. "Subject" is the English term that was in common usage in America at the time.
Raising concern about Nikki Haley’s eligibility will be used as ammunition to shoot down any effort to fully discuss the question. Their first strike will be to discredit those who do as MAGA extremists belonging in the basket of deplorables. Much of their motivation is they don’t want anything to prevent Nikki Haley from winning the nomination. The Dems see her as easy to defeat after they replace Biden with, who I predict, will be The Mooche.
