It’s kind of a racist list really. Seems to correlate loosely with the states with the highest percentage of white people.

Massachusetts? You've got to be kidding me.

Ask MassResistance for their opinion on educating your child there and the dangers you are exposing your precious child to.

I saw that on another web site. Nonsense. I remember years ago when a list was made up of which state had the best schools for kids.

New York was number 1 because the state spent more money per kid than any other state. That was the only criteria they used to decide. Which state spent the most on kids, not how well the kids were learning.

Boston Public Schools 2019 Graduation Rate Report
Office of Data and Accountability
All four major race groups experienced overall increases in graduation rate over ten years. The African
American/Black, Asian and Latinx cohorts saw increases over ten years that were similar to the district’s increase
of 10.0 percentage points over the same time period. The White student cohort saw a smaller increase of 7.9
percentage points over ten years. Despite the overall positive trends, three of the four race groups experienced
a decline in graduation rate from 2018 to 2019. Moreover, achievement gaps continue to persist among race
groups, with Asian and White students having higher graduation rates compared to their African American/Black
and Latinx peers.

My husband and I lived in Boston when we got married, and he grew up just outside of Boston in Milton. We were married in November, left in January, and relocated to my homestate of Florida. We’ve been here ever since.

We miss some of the fun of being in a hip city (and we had hip, arty friends who we’re still mostly in touch with, even though we were the evil black sheep conservatives of the bunch) but we haven’t regretted leaving one bit.

Wanted a house with a yard, lower taxes, and a lot more freedom. Sure, Florida is kind of lacking in some areas, but we’re much happier here.

Massachusetts is expensive, depressing and cold.

Business Insider is leftist drivel. Always.

Maine has horrific schools and one of the largest per capita homeschooling populations in the country.

The poverty drugs and crime in maine are horrific. Think Appalachia...30 years ago.

All the New England states (except for Connecticut) are in the top nine. The only red states listed are the Dakota’s and Nebraska.

“WalletHub named Massachusetts the best state to raise a family,.”

They don’t like families.

“Graduation rate” is absolutely meaningless. They just push them through regardless of whether they learned anything. The leftist school administrations tell the teachers to pass them and hand them diplomas.
