The Supreme Court wiped a series of rulings implicating the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates for federal employees and military service members, preventing the decisions from holding the weight of precedent in the future.
With the mandates rescinded, the justices sided with the Biden administration Monday in agreeing to set aside the lower rulings after deeming the disputes moot, thus providing a clean legal slate for any future vaccine mandates.
Courts had come to conflicting conclusions in the cases, but before the Supreme Court could weigh in on any of the appeals, the vaccine requirements were canceled. At issue before the justices was what legal remedy was appropriate given the developments.

I'll mandate my own shots...
I think I’d YOU CHOOSE to work for the government you have to follow their rules!! If you choose to work for a company you follow their rules OR LEAVE!! This is the reason the military can NOT meet their quotas for recruitment people are saying F U I will not put that shot in my body and I can work elsewhere!! When all of their mandate BS came down at Home Depot a PRIVATE COMPANY Home Depot DID NOT require proof of vaccine regardless of what the hell the government wanted if you were not vaxed, I signed a paper saying I was vaxed and no proof was required!! The SCOTUS ruled that PRIVATE companies could not be forced to require vaccines Home Depot wasn’t going to require regardless!!!
The Roberts court is incredibly adept at ducking inportant issues and siding with the status quo, albeit with Roe V Wade as one shocking departure.
Was this writer drunk when he wrote this article or did Spelchek go berserk all by itself? Clipped sentences, bad linkage, etc.
Written by AI?
they can mandate all they want and go screw themselves as well.
Our greatest enemy since 9 of them have the last say on everything. Anyone wonder which of them agreed to this. A lot of military personal died. A lot of them lost their livelihood. But lets do it again.
If the rule or mandate wasn't a requirement for you to be hired in the first place, then your employer shouldn't be able to make it a requirement at any point in order for you to be able to keep your job. If the employer decides at some point, it will require a mandate to be hired, then it should only affect the people hired after the mandate has already been put in place.
Exactly. Thank you.
Exactly. Thank you.
” albeit with Roe V Wade as one shocking departure”
Or was it? Seems to me that it greatly ENERGIZED the Democrat base for 2022. Perhaps that was the real intent?
as a matter of curiosity, I asked my new AI source Copilot if the Supreme court wipes rulings on federal employee, military vaccine mandates.
Here’s the response.......
“Yes, there have been several recent Supreme Court rulings related to vaccine mandates for federal employees and the military:
On January 13, 2022, the Supreme Court blocked the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) from enforcing a vaccine mandate for private employers with 100 or more employees1. However, the court upheld a vaccination requirement for health care workers at facilities receiving federal money1.
The court’s conservative majority concluded that the administration overstepped its authority by seeking to impose the OSHA vaccine-or-test rule on US businesses with at least 100 employees2. More than 80 million people would have been affected2.
The court did not block a separate vaccine mandate for healthcare workers at hospitals that receive federal funding2.
A ruling issued by a Louisiana-based federal judge effectively blocked a vaccine mandate for health workers across the country at hospitals that receive federal funding3.
A second ruling, by a Kentucky-based federal judge, paused the administration’s vaccine mandate for federal contractors in Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee3.
The executive order Judge Brown enjoined on Friday applied specifically to federal civilian employees4. The ruling did not appear to have an immediate effect on the Defense Department’s separate vaccine mandate for uniformed members of the military4.
Please note that these rulings are subject to change as they may be appealed or superseded by new legislation or executive orders. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please consult a legal professional or trusted news source.”
The correct ruling is:
“You want something....pass a law like everything else”
There are a multitude of limitations on both private and public employers on the rules they are permitted to impose on their workers. American citizens have a number of rights established in statute and precedent that employers are prohibited to violate. The Supreme Court apparently just decided to avoid deciding what these rights are in the area of employer imposed vaccine mandates.
I signed a paper saying I was vaxed and no proof was required!!
So you lied and potentially perjured yourself? That could open you up to termination with cause and the potential of being sued for any damages your employer incurred because of your fraud. Even if you got away with it this time, it isn't a good idea to be bragging about that on a public forum.
Exactly. Dereliction of duty.
Now we’ve lost SCOTUS.
It IS 1773 all over again (the tyranny is complete).
Maybe I’ll be giving out my own 5.56mm shots next time.
Let 'elites' and their private school brats, sexual weirdos, and other 'grievance' groups protect the country... or not. Not my monkeys - not my circus.
Anyone want to die protecting corrupt Ukraine's borders? Or any of the other hellholes that give jobs, diamonds, cash and kickbacks to goons like Biden and his family? Didn't think so...
