HELP
for a friend.
He has pulmonary fibrosis.
Does anyone here have any knowledge or advice about non-pharma treatments? Vitamins or anything? He is already getting traditional medical care.
Can you point me to any articles or research papers?

All the natural stuff we’ve been talking about to fight Covid (and the jab) helps the lungs.

(Not a Dr.)
Dad and I finally got Covid this year.
The protocol recommended by Dr. McCullough for detoxification seems to be a non pharma treatment, (which I have no idea whether it might help or hurt pulmonary fibrosis.) the components of which can be had from various sources. We are trying some from Amazon.

“the triad of Nattokinase 2,000 FU (100 mg) twice daily, Bromelain 500 mg a day, and Nano-Curcumin 500 mg twice daily for at least 3 months with continuation for a year or more, as a base detoxification regimen upon which additional agents can be added, is a reasonable empiric strategy for those
suffering with post COVID-19 or vaccine-associated symptoms.”

Google's search resuls for Natural Treatments For Pulmonary Fibrosis
I suspect you could start Vitamin A while you are searching the literature. I saw some good looking papers and discussions of alternative treatments etc.
I will look too. Just scanning the search results, an article listed Cod Liver Oil, which is high in vitamin A.
Because the medical regime refuses to treat sick children (respiratory) in Hawaii with Vitamin A, it may be a 'vitamin D/Zinc' situation where it could help but they never wanted us to have it. There is a max of how much cod liver oil you can take but maybe start him on a modest dose? He/his family can look at his normal intake first.
Both the Recommended Daily Allowance for nutrients, and the Upper Limits for them, have been revised. The proposed need for revision begain in 2015 (Wonder if it was after the election?) and the revisions were installed in 2016. Now when I go to buy vitamins, some sold at the upper limit dose. Whatever I was looking for, they were all upper limit - which I think is strange.
*pausing to pray for your sick friend*
Don’t have any info, but I will pray for your friend.
FReepmail.
God bless you, FReeQs!
You are the BEST!
(I will let you know what happens. He *might* be resistant to trying anything new. But I wouldn’t have a clean conscience if I didn’t at least try to encourage him to try. I’m praying he will and praying that it helps.)
Suggests a number of dietary changes. Also mentions both Nattokinase and Serrapeptase. (Break down fibrin.)
Choline helps with people who have Cystic Fibrosis and Uterine Fibroids, it may help here too.

I would not be suprised if Vitamin D, K and Magnesium help.
I hope there is something helpful in these and the previous suggestions!
If you can freepmail me a bit more about this condition I can do a bit of research in my books.
