pulmonary fibrosis is a highly generalized phrase. Is this excess growth/inflammation in the lungs, heart, arteries or other? What caused it?
Did your friend get the injections?
how long has he/she had it and has it grown faster since the injection if injected?
Need more information. Though the first thing to do is lower inflammation.

IDK if he had the injections. I suspect yes. He and his wife are zealous mask wearers (sigh).

I only found out what he had this week. Up until now I was guessing it was COPD (though I have always suspected the vax).
