One of Britain's most tattooed women has revealed she's hoping to become a mother for the eighth time.
Melissa Sloan, 46, from Powys, has previously revealed that she can't find work because employers are put off by the fact that her face is completely concealed by inkings.
In an interview with the Daily Star, the mother-of-seven who has more than 800 inkings admitted: 'I'm not proud of saying it, but I haven't worked for 20 years'.
But while she can't find a job, she is keen to try for an eighth child with her partner Luke to complete her already huge family.
Melissa said: 'I'm trying for another baby. I told the nurse this the other day and she was shocked, her eyes popped out!'
She admitted, that prior to deciding to get pregnant again, she didn't have sex for three years.
However, it's now back on the agenda because her children kept pestering her for another sibling.
A pregnancy at 46 would involve health risks, but Melissa is optimistic that she wont' experience complications.
Melissa, who got her first tattoo in her 20s, acknowledged that her newborn won't ever see her real face, which is fully tattooed.
And it's easy to see why employers aren't too keen - she even has an inking of the infamous Kray twins who terrorised the East End of London.
However, the tattoo fanatic has ambitious dreams - to prove people wrong and become a solicitor.

She talked about being turned down for a job because of the tattoos. If she is in the customer service business and has to meet the public, then these tattoos are going to be a problem as not everyone likes tattoos. If she had a trade of some nature that her work was not based upon her appearance, and she really wanted a job, she might flourish. But looking that way, which many feels challenges society, can make the customer uneasy and not wish to do business with the company. So it was her choice to alter her appearance and the company’s, however many, to consider not hiring her.
Welfare in the UK represents about a large amount of their budget. I wonder how long before they continue to erode benefits. In 2022/23 the UK government is expected to spend approximately 231.4 billion British pounds on benefits, compared with the previous year when benefit expenditure was 234.2 billion pounds. That’s $2.8B pounds in one year.

Tattoos are expensive. Kids are expensive. But she doesn’t have to work because she gets welfare (British equivalent).
Something is very wrong with this. Unbelievable.
