Erythritol is a naturally occurring organic sweet chemical compound; it is markedly less sweet than sugar, and scientists have claimed it offers no ill health effects relative to normal sucrose. Other than giving one an instant, massive gas attack, they mean?

A sugar replacement called erythritol... Ok, right there...
My doctor told me two decades ago not to touch artificial sweeteners, especially aspartame b/c it causes formaldehyde in the brain.
Haven't touched any of it since.

Other than giving one an instant, massive gas attack, they mean? Have you read the sugar-free gummi bear reviews?

If bees won’t eat it, it’s not sugar and it’s not good for you.

Sugar is natural and this stuff is not
To: Red Badger
First time I tasted artificial sugar cola, my common sense told me this stuff can’t be good for me if it leaves such bad after taste in mouth.
Sugar is not your enemy, salt is. You can burn sugar with activity, salt stays in body and raises blood pressure, which destroys kidneys and heart over the long term.
99% of ready made foods and fast foods are loaded with sodium.

This is why it’s a good idea to pray over food.

Just use sugar.
Stevia is ok too if you are just using the leaves.
If you can not process it in your kitchen, it is not food.
And yes, I have processed sugar beets in my kitchen. A bit messy but not that hard.

I support you going totally salt free.
In about three months I will pull out the Ouija board and you can tell me how it went.

“My ironclad, non-negotiable policy on sodas from this day onward: (No)”
Author’s first problem is using the retarded term “soda” instead of ‘pop’ or ‘soft drink’.
