"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

WOW. Day 3’s niacin reaction today was completely different!
I still swallowed the 1/2 capsule (250mg) (forgot about the Pro-Tip, sorry #1p).
BUT this time — NO VIT C or Quercetin (which I had been taking at the same time).
The only reaction was mild redness and itching for about 15 minutes. That was it!
Since the GPR109A bottle just arrived, tomorrow I am going to up the dose to 500mg, taking 2 of these new capsules. Should be interesting : )

Item one:
If you remember me talking about the Chinese hysteria over the Japanese releasing TREATED waste water from the Fukushima nuclear plant, I have an update.
In addition to Chinese people panic buying salt to cake on their bodies to ward off radiation, a large number of people bought Geiger Counters to test their houses. They were surprised to find higher levels of radiation INSIDE their houses/apartments as compared to outside. What caused the biggest consternation was that the radiation level in Chinese cities was 300-400 times the radiation level in Tokyo. Well, now I have found the likely cause.
A while back the Chinese discovered what is likely the world's largest Uranium deposit in Inner Mongolia. The big problem is that it is intermingled with a very large, high quality bituminous coal deposit. The Uranium is NOT economically separable from the coal. So did the CCP forgo mining the coal? Don't be silly, of course they didn't.
Chinese coal fired power plants have been releasing large quantities of this radioactive Uranium dust in the smoke from their chimneys. It is estimated that for every 100 million tonnes (metric ton, 1000 kilograms) about 200 thousand tonnes of Uranium 238 dust is emitted.
During the two Gulf wars less than a thousand tonnes of spent Uranium was spent in ammunition. Less than a few tonnes were turned into radioactive dust. This dust has caused significant negative health effects in the local populous. It boggles the mind what the CCP has been doing to their own population with this radioactive coal.
So, has the Chinese media been covering this? Again, don't be silly, of course not.
Item Two:
There has been an outbreak of 'Thunderstorm Asthma'. I had never heard of this but evidently it is a real thing. It occurs when thunderstorms strike an area with very high pollen levels. The storm breaks the pollen grains into smaller bits which more easily trigger asthma attacks in susceptible people. This increased pollen levels in Northern China likely come from the flooding lengthening the pollen season for various plants.
Item Three: One Village, One Canteen.
Over the summer the CCP has been pushing a new collectivization program they call 'One Village, One Canteen'. The program is ostensibly to boost the calorie intake of the rural population by having everyone in the village eat in a central location in the village. Villagers would turn over the food they grow in private plots to the canteen and would be given meals for 3-4 Yuan a meal, about 25 cents.
Older Chinese and historians will have seen this one trick pony before. It was pushed by Mao in the 'Great Leap Forward' and resulted in ~50 million peasants starving during the great famine of the early 60s. Then peasants had to turn over all their pots, cleavers, spoons, etc. to the local canteen. Cooking at home was forbidden. If someone saw smoke coming from a peasant's hovel they would likely have their chimney destroyed.
Turning over the means to feed yourself to the government is never a good idea. It is directly analogous to shifting to a digital currency. What do you do if the government decides that your money is need by the government?
