Judge Engoron has been given false and grossly misleading information about my Net Worth by a lying and incompetent Attorney General, such as Mar-a-Lago being worth $18,000,000 when in fact the number would be much closer to 1.5 Billion Dollars, like other properties, including two that were recently sold for numbers many times those that were listed in the Financial Statements. The N.Y.S. Attorney General, therefore, committed FRAUD for Political and Election Interference reasons. This case should therefore be dismissed!

The rarely used Executive Law that the N.Y.A.G. is proceeding under is VERY UNFAIR, and being used against me for that reason. NY Executive Law 63 (12) does not require a victim, traditional elements of fraud are eliminated (the only such law!), the law allows a politically elected partisan prosecutor to convince a politically elected judge, who may be friends, to destroy even a Political Opponent. This law may not be Constitutional and is not FAIR, and that is why terrible A.G. James chose it to use against me!!!

Now that it has been agreed in Court that Mar-a-Lago is WORTH 50 to 100 times the Value the Racist & Incompetent Attorney General of New York State, Letitia “Peekaboo” James, ascribed to it (18 Million Dollars), & likewise other assets that were valued crazily low by this “Monster” that has allowed Violent Crime in New York to reach EPIDEMIC levels, and dangerous illegal migrants to roam free all over our State, we hope the Judge will TERMINATE his first ruling of fraud in that he was given false and ridiculous information by the Trump Deranged Lunatic, A.G. James. In actuality, I am WORTH FAR MORE than the numbers put down on the Financial Statements, not less. In addition, there is a far reaching and professionally drawn Disclaimer Clause boldly stated on the FIRST PAGE OF THE DOCUMENT. This entire case should be thrown out and dismissed. The A.G. should be reprimanded and sanctioned for bringing this case with its FAKE LOW VALUES, in order to make me look bad. Election Interference!

People are starting to see what a great company I built through the trial started by the Racist Attorney General of New York State, Letitia “Peekaboo” James. It was all supposed to be private, but in many ways it is exposing great success. Incredible assets, lots of cash, and it only gets better. It is also stating, loud and clear, “don’t move your company to New York, and if you are already here, move out fast. Too much work and “heartache” dealing with the Radical Left Democrats, Marxists, and Fascists!” Good day at trial today as the judge will be honoring the Appellate Court’s unanimous decision on the Statute of Limitations! This reduces the case by approximately 80%. See you in Court on Tuesday morning!

Now that the “strike” is over, the talentless, low rated CREEPS of Late Night Television are back. I knew there was a reason I didn’t want to see it settled - True LOSERS!!!
That’s a good point, and President Trump should know the answer!
Many of the so-called Republicans are more in line with the Democrats. It’s the old “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” theory. Many Republicans would love to see President Trump gone.....those rinos are more apt to align with dems than with MAGA.
The fight is RINO vs MAGA, not Repulican vs Dem.
That’s such a horrible story. I am very leery of pit bulls, but Geez Louise. Running a fighting operation and electrocuting the losers.....hard to believe. I know who I’d want to see electrocuted next....and I’m not even a devoted animal lover like many. I like all the doggies my kids have accumulated....and I even like the crabby old cat. I can’t imagine being mean to an animal.
I’ve not liked pit bulls all my life. But my neighbor has a pittie that doesn’t know that. He’s made himself my best dog friend. He’s even got me bringing him bones and treats. My daughter still can’t believe it, as she know how I feel about pit bulls.
I get it. This is what really scares me if I think about it....so I choose to not think about it.
My son and soon-to-be-daughter-in-law live down the way from good friends who have a pitbull. They love this dog and it plays with the kids all the time, including my little granddaughter.
It’s all well and good, and chances are nothing will happen. However, I’ve read too many stories about kids being mauled and killed by pitbulls who were wonderful and loving pets....right up until the minute they snapped.
I have read of so many parents who had loving dogs who wound up harming, or killing, their kids. I am certain that these parents didn’t think their dog would ever turn into an eating machine, but sometimes they do. The remorse, guilt and overwhelming grief is devastating. So what I don’t get is, why would anyone take the chance with kids around? If these dogs can “snap”, which they are known to do, why risk it with your children.
I’ve said numerous times to my son to be on guard. A kid (especially a little one) could poke, or stick a finger in an eye, anything.....and those dogs go for the smaller creatures. I am sorry, I just would never trust one. Better safe than sorry.
Oh, I also wouldn’t trust at Shepherd or a Doberman, either. Not with kids.

My friend was walking her Yorkie and her neighbor had just adopted a “sweet” Pitbull.
her neighbor yelled at her to pick up her yorkie because she could not control the Pitbull.
The Pitbull ran over to my friend and my friend’s dog leash got caught on her leg and the Pitbull killed the yorkie right in her hands.
I have friends at the dog park who carry guns in case a Pitbull comes running at them.
I read where in Windsor if you have a Pitbull, you can keep it but no one can get a new one.
