LOL, might as well just put it outside then huh? I was thinking we would enclose it, with some real walls. With insulation. Not the most ideal spot, center of the house would be best but it’s hard to fit that in retroactively.

Their saying the pilot ejected, leaving the aircraft in autopilot mode flying over South Carolina. They made the F35 so stealthy nobody could track where it went and they are asking the public for help. Maybe the safety stand down is to emphasize proper ejection procedure.

Just a little unusual that they would order a stand down without an examination of the F35 wreckage.
Otherwise, you’re right—why have a stand-down if you don’t know the “why” yet?
Agree. We've been told other countries are flying over us through the Alliance. This has to much more involved. But what?

Wouldn't the pilot be able to say where the plane was headed on autopilot and the amount of fuel remaining --- focusing the search area?
And, what possible reason could the pilot give for ejecting from a plane still capable of flight?
