I LOVE LOVE LOVE fresh basil. One of my fast and favorite ways of making pasta is fresh tomato chopped up, fresh basil chopped up, with a mixture of good olive oil and good quality parmesan cheese, bit of salt and pepper. Cook the pasta el dente, drain, and toss in the mixture.

hmmmmmm I might be making that for dinner!

I have a cross I put up two Christmas' ago. I circled fairy lights around it. Four strands. It is beautiful still. I put the fairly large cross on a tall staff Its beautiful and very bright. I look out my window and see this bright cross and it warms me inside.

When its not raining I'll go outside and take a picture. Also I'll take a picture of my solars in my front border area. Then you can see if you like them.

A bit of history where I live: It was known as the worlds largest trailor camp.

The Manhattan Project worker trailer camp on the Hanford Site north of Richland, WA in 1944.

My husband and I had a friend living in one of these. He was a soldier and she was Japanese. I remember she had that little trailor fixed up so cute.

I LOVE fresh Basil too and Rosemary. Only thing is I rarely cook so I just grow them to just rub and smell them. lol

I grew a couple of tomatoes and a yellow squash. I don’t think we get the kind of tomatoes you are talking about here.

$700 when these people are really devastated. During Covid they gave a family of four $2,400. And these families were able to work and go to a home.
