Actually I have all the ingredients. Pizza in Italy has a totally different flavor than pizza here. It has to do with the combination of ingredients of course, but in experimenting I think the most important ingredient is the dop san Marzano tomatoes. They provide that different flavor that you can’t get from anything else. I don’t really think you need a water buffalo cheese but maybe it’s only because I haven’t found any. But I do have the double oo flour.
lf, my forno Bravo Pizza Oven took a tumble when we moved. I’m actually not looking to replace it, getting it up to temperature was a lot of work and then the maintenance was sort of annoying especially in the winter. You had to be out there feeding it a lot of wood so it wouldn’t get too much moisture built up in it.
My plan now if I can find one is to get one that I can heat with either propane or wood. That way I could use the propane for the maintenance heating.
Well, that just makes too much sense! lol

In the past I have found trickery on our side as well. I don’t like it at all and have called people out on GETTR, TS, etc.
For the people who have abhorred and come after “fake” news, the last thing we should be doing is manipulating, fabricating and doctoring things up to suit us. Just tell the truth. I just want the truth, regardless of who it may offend, expose or railroad. It’s tough enough to surf through this madness without a deluge of information/stories that may or may not be true.
