Bryan Johnson takes 61 pills every day, and eats 70 pounds of vegetables every month. He wakes up at 4:30 a.m. and goes to bed at 8:30 p.m. Every hour of his day is regimented by an algorithm built from rigorous bodily monitoring and the science of over 2,000 academic publications.
The 45-year-old American tech entrepreneur spends around $2 million a year to halt his body’s aging process and has a team of doctors constantly studying him as he works out and finishes the “protocols” or activities of his intense schedule.

Couldn’t isolate just the relevant part from his stand-up though. “Wanna bet it was 2 smokers who discovered the body”.
Bryan, no matter what you do you’re going to die.
I don't fear death, also. Have I have been perfect, heck no. I will get my judgement by god.
I know I'm a bitter clinger and deploreable, according to Obama, Hillary, and my rich liberal tech natural brother.
This is the guy who made his son give him some blood which he put in his own body. He has since stopped that practice.
Sorry buddy, but worshiping your body won’t keep you alive forever. You will pass through the same portal as other mortals.
He can live forever in perfect health by accepting Jesus.
My mom died after several years of increasing dementia. My desire is that my body gives out before my brain does, and that I'm still mentally "there" up until I kick off.
Got the brain wave whatever on his head— truly a type A who thinks he can overcome biology, and clocks he cannot change except by pumping up on way more than nature provides.
Eventually he’ll look like the twilight zone guy:

For those that notice that meds don’t work right on you ...you might want to look at P450 enzyme issues.
If you have the CYP2d6 problem it makes you more vulnerable to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. It would be interesting to know if Michael J Fox has P450 issues.
It’s a lot more effective to simply pick the right parents before you’re born. And luck out in the genetic lottery.
PS: 70 pounds of veggies a month is good for you. But it isn’t that many, not extreme by any means. Buy 2 pounds of produce and see just how much that actually is. Divide it over only 2 meals a day.
My wife needs a low carb diet for her type 2. One meal I make is a *bunch* of fresh veggies and sliced kielbasa roasted on a cookie sheet in the oven. The meat fat seasons all the veggies. Rather tasty. It is a pile of veggies. So I’m not impressed.
Carrots
onions
turnips
red bell peppers
corn on the cob
parsnips
rutabaga
cabbage
broccoli
edemame
asparagus
I don’t use everyone of them every time. But I usually do a fair mix of a good percentage of them. With an appetizer of Kentucky bourbon.
Brain aneurysms do not care about how you eat or how much you work out.
He’s still going to die.
Living like that, you won’t live any longer..... It just SEEMS like eternity.

He may live five or ten years longer than me, or maybe less. But I will die after living a happy life not being obsessed with extending my time on earth, rather enjoying every moment and partaking in moderation all of God’s great gifts.
Except beer - no moderation there…
This “smart guy” thinks he is wiser and knows more than his Creator. He will find out just how wrong he is.
it is possible all of this rigmarole gives him the same pleasure as you might get from whatever hobby you do.
He left his fiancee who got breast cancer....so you already know he is a bit of a jerk..but then there is this”

So um...well...God might decide to take him out early.
He won’t live much longer than the rest of us but it will seem like it.
