He’ll drop over dead someday just like everyone else. He will live longer than some people and will die sooner than some others. Even a lot of people who eat bacon, smoke and drink will live longer than him. What is he trying to prove? Is he so afraid of death that he will give up the pleasures of life in order to “possibly” live a longer life than he thinks he normally would. This guy aint right in the head.

Most of the stuff he takes I have seen people discuss on this website. Although most probably arent taking as many.
Did notice he is taking Rapamycin which is used in organ transplants.
I see some people use it for anti aging.

I take multiple vitamins every day and work out will it extend my life, maybe, maybe not that’s not my main concern I just want to feel better as I age
But I will feel significantly better in the process at near 70 I feel great even if don’t live any longer so why not do it , is how I feel

No thanks. I’ll follow this advice instead; eat a healthy balance of foods, exercise some, get proper rest, limit stress, practice spiritual health and peace. Trust God and leave the rest unto Him. No one lives on earth forever and maybe good habits squeeze out a few more years but why be anal about it? It will be sayonara for us all and has always been.

I will attest that Tru Niagen has really made a difference for me. HOWEVER, there is controversy about NAD+ because cancer does feed off of it. So I don’t take it every day. When I get my crushing fatigue from whatever is causing it I pop one of these pills and it’s like I did some kind of illegal drug. It fixes the problem.
