Some of the “age retarding” supplements are documented to delay delay age-related loss of organ cellular function in animal experiments (a few examples would be glutathione, NAD+, taurine), but preservation of external appearance is a more elusive thing.
Seriously we take a boatload of supplements and eat a very healthy diet. We try to limit fried food to once a month and never drink soda pop. We make most meals from scratch and we look and feel very good. The burgers and fries last night were another once a month meal. Our idea of dessert is a chocolate dipped protein bar. 😏
