die anyway. You can congratulate yourself for having a boring and rigid life as you go to spend eternity somewhere.
Not saying to overindulge, and yes there are dietary restrictions some people have. But enjoy your life people. God has blessed us with a wonderful world to explore and enjoy. Just stay out of Dem run rat-holes if you can.

My aunt died at age 97 with a C. difficile infection. She died without noticeable wrinkles, which is what she would have wanted.

He lists NAD.
I want to test mine because NAD+ seems to be the only thing that rights my body when it flakes out. But I can’t find a reliable test for it other than at home tests.
I am not impressed with his biomarkers. I have great biomarkers too until you get to testing stuff that normally doesn’t get tested and the Doctors dont understand how to interpret the test...like high Pyruvate levels or elevated g6pd.

Garbage. David Sinclair is healthier (and looks it compared to this yobbo), because of intermittent fasting. So of course Johnson tears him down in this stupid hit piece. This guy is insane to not give his gut a rest once a week.
