Workout like crazy, restrict diets, ingest pills, die anyway. You can congratulate yourself for having a boring and rigid life as you go to spend eternity somewhere. My mom died after several years of increasing dementia. My desire is that my body gives out before my brain does, and that I'm still mentally "there" up until I kick off.

For those that notice that meds don’t work right on you ...you might want to look at P450 enzyme issues.
If you have the CYP2d6 problem it makes you more vulnerable to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. It would be interesting to know if Michael J Fox has P450 issues.
