Bryan Johnson takes 61 pills every day, and eats 70 pounds of vegetables every month. He wakes up at 4:30 a.m. and goes to bed at 8:30 p.m. Every hour of his day is regimented by an algorithm built from rigorous bodily monitoring and the science of over 2,000 academic publications.
The 45-year-old American tech entrepreneur spends around $2 million a year to halt his body’s aging process and has a team of doctors constantly studying him as he works out and finishes the “protocols” or activities of his intense schedule.

This guy is a piker.
My terrific neighbor is 89, gets up at 4:30 every morning, walks five fast miles, and occasionally walks another five in the afternoon if she needs something on the other side of town, Plus, she’s wonderfully smart and terrifically crotchety, calls a spade a spade. Blind in one eye and losing sight rapidly in the other, so must go to some kind of assisted living place. Hope she can still sprint around the new neighborhood or at least on a treadmill..

I only take around 33 pills a day and zero grams of vegetables. Actually, that last part isn’t entirely true because two of the capsules have dried vegetables extracts in them.
