I only take around 33 pills a day and zero grams of vegetables. Actually, that last part isn’t entirely true because two of the capsules have dried vegetables extracts in them.
Now here’s a man who will stress himself to death over his fear of dieing.

I want to test mine because NAD+ seems to be the only thing that rights my body when it flakes out. But I can’t find a reliable test for it other than at home tests.
I am not impressed with his biomarkers. I have great biomarkers too until you get to testing stuff that normally doesn’t get tested and the Doctors dont understand how to interpret the test...like high Pyruvate levels or elevated g6pd.
Garbage. David Sinclair is healthier (and looks it compared to this yobbo), because of intermittent fasting. So of course Johnson tears him down in this stupid hit piece. This guy is insane to not give his gut a rest once a week.

He’ll drop over dead someday just like everyone else. He will live longer than some people and will die sooner than some others. Even a lot of people who eat bacon, smoke and drink will live longer than him. What is he trying to prove? Is he so afraid of death that he will give up the pleasures of life in order to “possibly” live a longer life than he thinks he normally would. This guy aint right in the head.
