This looks like more of the Deep State's efforts to 'prepare the information battlefield' so that MAGA won't believe video/audio evidence against Biden et. al. Sheesh they must REALLY be scared.
In this case it's from FAKE NEWS FACT CHECKERs on Poytner.org (Sister to Politifact, also on the same website). This example mashes two interviews on separate subjects to create a fake interview on yet a different subject. The Deep State REALLY wants us to ignore our own eyes/ears when the time is 'right' (As evidence against Biden is released).

Why do people say they are “about to expose” anything? Just do it before the cabal has a chance to murder you! Release the information and at the same time do a huge buildup to get it well dispersed.
They are not. saying who is getting arrested.
The deep state took over the federal government and now they want to take of state and local government to increase their power and centralize their power to establish their communist government..
