He is good. I wonder if he fooled Schiff staff.

That’s not surprising. I wonder how Jessie got proof? Whistleblower?

So sad.

They knew.

They covered it up, to cover for the Humper crimes.

Just sickening.

Supreme Court says Texas can’t sue Biden admin. over immigration enforcement policies

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Friday that Texas and Louisiana do not have the standing to challenge immigration law guidelines issued by the Biden administration in 2021.

In an 8-1 decision in Texas et al. v United States, the high court ruled that guidelines issued by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security months after President Joe Biden took office could not be challenged by the states.

Justice Brett Kavanaugh authored the majority opinion, writing that the states did not have standing to sue the federal government under Article III of the U.S. Constitution.

“The States have not cited any precedent, history, or tradition of courts ordering the Executive Branch to change its arrest or prosecution policies so that the Executive Branch makes more arrests or initiates more prosecutions. On the contrary, this Court has previously ruled that a plaintiff lacks standing to bring such a suit,” wrote Kavanaugh.

Kavanaugh noted, “this Court has declared that the Executive Branch also retains discretion over whether to remove a noncitizen from the United States.”

“In light of inevitable resource constraints and regularly changing public-safety and public-welfare needs, the Executive Branch must balance many factors when devising arrest and prosecution policies. That complicated balancing process in turn leaves courts without meaningful standards for assessing those policies,” he added.

What about us citizens? Isn’t the government supposed to protect us from invasion and crime?

Busy day but wanted to drop by and post this interview.

If this is a duplicate post, no problem. Maybe more will see it. :-)

“JP & Tim Ballard Live: Bring Freedom to the Innocent“

It’s about Ballard’s movie and Operation Underground Railroad.

I’m crying.

Truly, Thanks be to God for brave people like OUR who are rescuing victims of sex trafficking.

I couldn’t do it. It would crush me into millions of pieces to see what they’re fighting first-hand. I can hardly bear the knowledge of it.

Old Fashioned Soft Molasses Cookies

Soft Molasses Cookies
Ingredients
▢1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
▢1 Cup Butter, Softened
▢¼ Cup Dark Molasses
▢1 Large Egg
▢1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
▢2 ½ Cups All Purpose Flour
▢2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
▢1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
▢1 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
▢½ Teaspoon Salt
▢¼ Cup Granulated Sugar, For Rolling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper or non stick cooking spray, set aside.

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, or in the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment beat together the brown sugar, butter, molasses, egg, and vanilla until well combined.

Mix in the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
Shape the dough by rounded tablespoon full into 1 ½ inch balls. Dip the cookies into the granulated sugar and place 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in preheated oven for 13-15 minutes just until set. Remove cookies to a wire rack to cool immediately.

Tips and Tricks for Making Molasses Cookies:

* Make sure you are using DARK MOLASSES for this recipe. Light molasses won’t be flavorful enough, while blackstrap molasses is too bitter.
* Use butter instead of shortening. The old version of this recipe uses shortening. I’m personally not a fan and much prefer the taste of butter, and I also think the cookies come out even softer this way.
* I omit ground cloves because the flavor always seems to overpower the cookies and it’s just my preference. If you love that clove flavor, feel free to add a pinch right in!
* Don’t let these overbake. These always take exactly 13 minutes in my oven. Since oven times vary I suggest checking them at 13 minutes in and then baking for another minute or two if necessary. They should look slightly wet when you take them out of the oven.

NOTE: Don’t download and print recipe to avoid unwanted hard-to-delete cookies in your computer. Copy and paste (text only) on a Word document.

Kavanaugh noted, “this Court has declared that the Executive Branch also retains discretion over whether to remove a noncitizen from the United States.”

So when President Trump is re-elected and orders that 30 million illegals be immediately departed and the sob-sister progressives go to the courts to
stop the deportations the Supreme Court is not going to let themselves or lower courts get involved?

Wanna' bet?

Macon Bacon Baseball Team Facing Calls to Change Name, Stop ‘Glorification of Bacon’

https://legalinsurrection.com/2023/06/macon-bacon-baseball-team-facing-calls-to-change-name-stop-glorification-of-bacon/

“Macon Bacon’s glorification of bacon, a processed meat that raises the risk of colorectal cancer and other diseases, sends the wrong message to fans,” the letter from nutrition education program manager Anna Herby, DHSc, RD, CDCES, to Raphael read. “I urge you to update the team’s name to Macon Facon Bacon and promote plant-based bacon alternatives, such as Facon Bacon or Mushroom Bacon, that will help your fans stay healthy. As for Kevin, Macon Bacon’s mascot, he can reveal that he is actually plant-based bacon.”

Wyatt.. What do you think about that Titanic stuff going on in our news right now?

Wyatt

Not sure but first thing that comes to mind with these forced media events is what they are trying to distract us from. Within the last few days the WHO established global digital passport in Europe. And the U.S. government is agreeing to adapt a QR code for each person in 2024.

Alias_Jesse_James

Who elected the WHO to decide whats best for us?

Wyatt

Here's the biggest thing that I think most people are missing. CDC, UN, & the WHO are not elected officials, but private organizations. Why in the hell would we give them freedom to tell us what to do? Who gives them the authority to do this shit? It's definitely not the people.

"No Standing"

That is an outrageous position by SCOTUS.

What a bunch of cowardly political suck-ups.

It is the duty of the executive branch to carry out the laws on the books.

The president does not have the authority, legal or constitutional, to ignore the laws passed by congress and make up his own policies.

Texas and Louisiana should send a couple million illegals to Washington, DC and the ritzy suburbs in Northern Virginia
and Maryland where most of the high level Federal bureaucrats and politicians live.

ty, I especially like the notes that came with it. I hate cloves. And I probably would have used black strap just cuz that’s what I have handy.

Can you explain how the cookies works, if I click on print recipe then somehow it creates extra cookies? Not the good kind?

Got a question for you schmart folks. I rent out my lower floor to a friend who is applying for government assistance in paying rent because of low income, 76 year old. The landlord has to sign agreement with the DSHS to receive their payments. Would that agreement still hold if the party leaves and I rent to another. Worried about getting forced to take some one with, you know the thing.

I recently downloaded a recipe like that. It was attached to malware and was difficult to remove.

It is easy to copy the recipe then paste it on a Word document. Click the right mouse, then the select the option to the far right to paste in plain text.

Agree!

Truly shocked that the conservative Justices caved, on this.

I thought Ann Coulter had (years back) labeled Kav so strong on tight border policies.
