Got a question for you schmart folks. I rent out my lower floor to a friend who is applying for government assistance in paying rent because of low income, 76 year old. The landlord has to sign agreement with the DSHS to receive their payments. Would that agreement still hold if the party leaves and I rent to another. Worried about getting forced to take some one with, you know the thing.
I think it goes on an individual basis. But then again, logic doesn’t apply anymore. Soon, they will want to force you to house the illegals.
