Harley must have been offered one stink of a deal. If one were to look (I admit I haven't), I'd give good odds of both Annheuser-Busch and Harley-Davidson being owned for some good controlling percentage by BlackRock and Vanguard.

One of those Village People guys used to dress like the Harley “lifestyle” dictates.I own a couple Harleys, but I could never embrace the "life style". The group rides from casino to casino with a fair bit of alcohol consumption made them a dangerous activity. The choice of clothing was a bit off-putting too. My bike was transportation. Most days to my business oriented office. Weekends were more casual. I have no interest in tats.
One particularly bad group ride was the Saddle Tramps in San Diego. A significant number of the group was killed by a couple trucks traveling opposite directions. The Saddletramps’ fatal crash reconstructed
