A Stanford University professor and prominent ufologist says he “100 percent” believes extraterrestrials have not only visited Earth — but have “been here a long time” and may even still be on the planet today.
Dr. Garry Nolan, a professor of pathology at Stanford’s medical school, made the stunning claim during last week’s Salt iConnections conference in Manhattan at a session titled, “The Pentagon, Extraterrestrial Intelligence and Crashed UFOs.”
Moderator Alex Klokus asked Nolan if he believes extraterrestrial life has visited Earth, and the prof replied, “I think you can go a step further — it hasn’t just visited, it’s been here a long time, and it’s still here.” “You know, people talk about the ‘Wow! signal’ looking for extraterrestrial intelligence. The ‘Wow! signal’ is that people see it on an almost regular basis, that’s the communication that’s already here,” Nolan said.

Dr. Nolan has new efforts in the study of Ebola, having developed instrument platforms to deploy in the field in Africa to study Ebola samples safely with the need to transport them to overseas labs (funded by a new $3.5 million grant from the FDA) and another grant to study the effects of Zika and Ebola viruses on humans (also from the FDA).

When I was a child I would get in trouble for seeing things that other people don’t see. Like how “blackbirds” are not black (except in photographs), how some types of steel are wildly colored, and etc. After some time I stopped mentioning it.
Then I got older and got tested and found out that I can see a range of polarized light that most people don’t see.
The lesson here is that just because you don’t see it or can’t imagine it doesn’t mean it isn’t real.
My own theory about some “insane” people is that they just might be hearing voices or seeing things and it is that exact experience that is making them insane.

Explanation for the many cases of precision cattle mutilations was one given as “The extraterrestrials are compiling a dna library.” (Unless like crop circles these are based on hoaxes). Also why some who claim to have been abducted show surgical scars. (Unless they are lying about it all). Ancient Aliens “Project Hybrid” in 2019.
It would explain some really odd looking creepy people around, though.
