The one thing you didn’t mention was the press. The Founders put freedom of the press in the very first amendment for good reason. A free and impartial press is an excellent check on voter fraud, illegal government activities, etc.

Unfortunately, we no longer have a free and impartial press. Even Fox News disappoints. So the situation is even worse than what you described.

I guess the best we can hope for is that another Reagan appears, someone who can pull in enough middle-of-the-roaders to overcome the media bias and all the cheating.

What a defeatist attitude you have here. No chance, huh?

Unfortunately - you are correct.

Even if we do somehow overcome another fraudulent election, we still need to overcome the main stream media, social media, our educational system, our entertainment industry, our legal system....

Face it.... we would have to fundamentally change the social and moral fabric of the whole damn county.

This is the cowards way out. It’s sad to see so many today take this path. The left never thinks this way. Ever.

If you truly believe this, then why even post? Why even fight? Are you trying to convince others to be a sad pathetic waste as well?

25% of voters are GOP
30% are Democrats
The remaining 45% are mostly Independents.

So long as the GOP plays to policies that most people think are nuts, it’s going to lose.

The proggy fringe is all mad at Biden over things like the DC crime bill.

The Independents are just looking for the lesser insanity, and it’s looking like Florida man ain’t it.

The GOP needs to listen to the voters it wants to win, and not simply the idealistic fringe.

Correct for 2024. Unlike others, I think it will happen at some point. Even the cheaters will be begging for a change at some point as things get worse and worse. I see a possible Republican presidency again within the next 20 years. 2036 perhaps.

Even if fixed Republicans won’t win be we are stupid

As seen in 2022, 10% of Republicans will either not vote or vote for the Democrat over Trump or a Trump endorsed candidate.

But if Desantis wins the primary, an equal number if not more of Trump supporters will stay home or vote for the Dem out of spite.

Meanwhile the Dems will vote for whom they are told no matter what.

So even without cheating, we lose.

That is the truth. Democrats have layers and layers of “security” mechanisms to prevent a Republican from winning again.

That’s what you get when the opposition party has the “most extensive voter fraud organization in history” and no one does anything about it except gaslight the public that he never said that (Just like they say that Obama never said “my muslim religion”).

That’s how Stalin took control. “It’s not who votes but who counts the votes”
This is the sine quo non of authoritarian regimes.

With the COVID lockdowns and the Floyd riots I think '20 represent Peak Fraud™. While there will still be fraud in '24 the fraud level in '24 will be much less than in '20 maybe 5% fraud. I think Trump can top 80+ million votes in '24. ONLY HE HAS A CHANCE.

If I’d been Trump,I would have used my organization to set up election reform groups in every state, staffed by my supporters who would have had an outlet for their energy band frustration at a level where grassroots efforts can be effective. Instead there was some lawfare (which is a democrt-rigged game) and golf. Trump acts like the most urgent issue is which nickname to use for DeSantis.

The constitution is weak but it is what it is, and it gives authority for elections to the state. Everyone knows it, everyone knows no court is going to say otherwise, yet everyone sits on their ass pretending things will magically be different in 2024.

Thank you sir, may I have another?

Barring alien invasion or nuclear war, how likely is that?

You’re right. But wrong reason.
Too much infighting in the Republican party. Like herding a bunch of alpha male tigers.

Defeatism in advance? Oh woe is us, we don't have a chance! Might as well crawl into a corner and let the fates do their work.

Sadly, I tend to agree. Nothing has been done to secure elections in swing states that Trump lost in 2020, as we saw in 2022. And nothing is being done to secure them now, either.

Plus the party is too divided by those who will only vote for Trump, no matter what, many even saying they’ll never vote Republican again after this election. That core group is not enough to overcome all the forces that are aligned to take Trump out, that are of all types of political persuasions, not only in the middle but including the hard conservative right.

And we know from Biden and Fetterman the D voters don’t care if the candidate even has a pulse, they’ll pull every dirty trick they can, probably even more this time because no one has ever called them on it.

You should send this to Trump because he’s the only person who can perhaps counter this. If he has to cheat like the Democrats – then I hope he does so. Dropping ballots in boxes in the middle of the night can be done by Republicans too. Forging ballots, mail ins and strong arming can be done too. Whatever the Democrats do, so can Trump and his followers. They should be planing now if they seriously want to win. All this belief that a majority will turn out because times are so bad is a losing strategy. The Dems will cheat and Trump has to be ready for anything... last time he seemed paralyzed by the situation, this time strong coordinated, action is needed. He has to be ready to move and do the unconventional if need be. I hope he is ready because why bother if, as you say, you don’t have a hope in Hell.
