In the future instead of saying a salesman could sell air conditioning or refrigerators to Eskimos we may say “can sell Teslas to people in Nome”.
So, Teslas cannot be used in cold climates, nor where they might get wet or flooded. Where does that leave them?
I’m tempted to say that this is why I’ll never give up my ICE car, but I suspect that if the Democrat/Republican has it’s way, there will be far fewer gas stations around in the future.
Each Tesla comes with a free hair dryer for emergency battery warm-ups.
Minor inconvenience to save the climate and the planet! /s
Does it, though?
95% of EV’s are still on the road.
Someone finish this one liner.
That is the first time, in world history, an automobile has broken down and left someone stranded on the side of the road.
There is a lot of wasted energy in heating a battery, and it still won’t charge. Talk about environmentally un-friendly.
Let’s see....if the battery starts burning, it will heat up very quickly. Can you charge a burning battery?
Also, several European ferry companies have banned EVs on their ferries due to EV fire danger. I suggest the ferry tow a large flat barge as the EV parking area. If any of them start to burn, they can just cut the tow line and there will be no danger to the ferry.
That’s really the best thing libtards could do to save the planet - just park the silly thing
As long as the 15 yr old girls who are planning our economic system are happy, that’s all that matters.
“Enthusiasts”??
How can you be enthused by the four wheel equivalent of a toaster oven?
Golf carts must also excite them.
“Skyrockets”????
When 20% of the population had one, wake me up.
My 57 Bel Air always runs, even when it’s cold. Might need a splash of gas in the carb though.
I had to charge the battery in my car today. It sat, under cover, for 3 months. Battery dead on the car equals pulling the F150 up to it, running the jumper cables, waiting a free minutes and...vrooommm. Also noticed I was low on that evil gas.
If only roadside assistance would deliver him 1 gallon of gas so, he could get to the next gas station...
Lithium batteries are not supposed to be charged or stored at freezing temperatures. My E-mower manual warned about that. Keep the battery in the house when temps drop to freezing. Do not attempt to charge either. If the Tesla battery doesn’t have enough charge to heat itself you can’t charge it. Lol. This is our future. The RAT politicians don’t care.
should’ve had a v8...
It appears this guy runs out of ‘gas’ so frequently that he has taken to carrying around a generator in the bed. LOL!!!
