A NATION IN DECLINE
Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

I’m 68 so I know I don’t need to fall either. I fell on my ankle at 64 and I’m still recovering from that. Actually, a dog knocked me down. I hope you recover without any lasting issues from it.

Sorry you had a tangle with your dog at 64. Ankles can be delicate. I think prognosis is good for full recovery on my part. I appreciate so much your kind thoughts. It’s hard to understand that I’m getting to that creaky stage. *sigh* Oh well. Better than the alternative, right??? We do the best we can.

He was at a supper club and was speaking when I was seated. I couldn’t hear what he was saying due to the noise, but I recognized it looked like what I’d seen of him. He had an oversized book that looked like the one I owned, then his name was finally mentioned. I know the reservations person, so the two of us looked at the reservations and verified the other name he goes by. I’ve followed him since before the 2020 election, and he’s done a lot of educating that people need about with whom our government has been working. He has been educating on ritual magic, adrenochrome and child trafficking’s. Considering his knowledge and contacts, yes, he does have insights into political stuff.

YouTube channel “Lisa A. Romano” has many good videos on dealing with narcissists. I just did a search of “Lisa Romano how to speak to a narcissist” and many good video titles are offered. I used a technique called Gray Rock on a narcissist, and other techniques. There are a lot of ways to protect against malignant narcissists. I had to do a lot of research on this subject several years ago. Narcs are easy to spot. All the derps wrecking the world are narcissists, as we know. Damn narcs. 🙄

I fell on my ankle at 64 and I’m still recovering from that.
Since I turned 50 I have dealt with sciatica, melanoma, and twisted both ankles (not at once) - bonus ailments: tinnitus & floaters!
But weight went down from 210 to 160 and fully recovered from the first three I can bend, lift, run, jump, climb trees no pain!
