I’m 68 so I know I don’t need to fall either. I fell on my ankle at 64 and I’m still recovering from that. Actually, a dog knocked me down. I hope you recover without any lasting issues from it.

Sorry you had a tangle with your dog at 64. Ankles can be delicate. I think prognosis is good for full recovery on my part. I appreciate so much your kind thoughts. It’s hard to understand that I’m getting to that creaky stage. *sigh* Oh well. Better than the alternative, right??? We do the best we can.

Exactly! Before I fell, I was riding a mountain bike on wooded mountain trails up to 30 miles at a time and walking 3-5 miles on the days I didn’t ride. I was in excellent shape. The ankle is not that bad now but the arthritis in it is. I experiment with supplements to find something to help but in a cold wet winter, it’s a challenge. LOL I keep moving even if it’s slow.
