That’s about 5000 sqfeet, assuming a 4” depth.

Oil is too messy, and environment ally dangerous, it should be put back into the ground where it came from, wait, what?

Is oil from the earth? Doesn’t that make it organic?

The U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) ordered the pipeline to remain shut until the regulator authorizes a restart

We can safely assume the Keystone Pipeline will reopen after the 12th of never.

622,000 barrels per day - 26,000 barrels per hour - 14,000 barrel spill.

Does that indicate it took 30 minutes before they turned off the pumps?

Has the spill been blamed on white supremacists?

In the past two weeks, several acts of vandalism against the Washington and Oregon electrical grids have been implicitly blamed on unnamed white supremacists because - you know - the grid vandalism in North Carolina was almost certainly done by white supremacists.

Reason unknown. Hmm...oh...wait...I think I found it.

The 622,000 barrel-per-day Keystone line is a critical artery shipping heavy Canadian crude from Alberta to refiners in the U.S. Midwest and the Gulf Coast.

Didn’t Biden shut down the Keystone pipeline? How is it still operating?

After more than 10 years of tenacious protests, drawn-out legal battles, and flip-flopping executive orders spanning three presidential administrations, the Keystone XL pipeline is now gone for good. The project’s corporate backer—the Canadian energy infrastructure company TC Energy—officially abandoned the project in June 2021 following President Joe Biden’s denial of a key permit on his first day in office. But the path to victory wasn’t always clear.

So, how is it still in operation?

What exactly am I missing here?

If you can’t hide oil from them spill it so they can’t use it.
